CHINA MING BISTRO BAR🧡💙 LOCATION - This bistro-bar is located on the 2nd Floor of The Hub Mall at Goregaon East. Its a casual dining bar and restaurant serving quick bites Asian, Chinese Cuisine and Seafood.

AMBIENCE- Ambience is pretty Subtle and Classy with Dim lights and spacious dining area and a super comfortable Lounge. The whole Ambience has pleasant dining atmosphere and TV screens to enjoy the IPL season along with good food. They also have a bar and a buffet section. They have a seperate dining area for Indian Cuisine Peshawari Grill.

STAFF & SERVICE- The service staff is well mannered, kind and courteous. The one looking after our table was attentive too. They maintained the calm environment with prompt service and ensured our best dining experience. They have Live sports, live music with amazing song selections. Totally Satisfied with the service.

FOOD- No doubt the food is perfect in taste, quality as well as quantity. Excess use of oil can be reduced keeping in mind about the diet concious people. Each dish we ordered was up to the mark and had its own Chinese authenticity and we truely liked everything that we ordered.

OUR ORDERS- We visited during the dinner time and ordered the following-

BEVERAGES- Death by Chocolate - Extremely smooth and creamy mocktail with a perfect blend of milk, icecream, brownie, coffee and dark chocolate. Totally worth ordering this mocktail. Quantity is fullfilling. Accompanied well with the food we ordered. Dusky Sunset - A peach flavoured mocktail with Apricot, Lime and Blue soda. It's super refreshing. STARTERS- Chicken Dumplings -  Juicy Chicken momos with a Lipsmacking filling served with spicy chutney. It tastes super delicious and is definitely worth ordering if you are a Momo Lover. Crackling Paneer - Soft and Crispy paneer tossed in Chilli flakes served with crispy fried spinach as a side. Tastes super appetizing, bit spicy but yum.

MAIN COURSE- Nasi Goreng - Sweet and sour chicken gravy served with fried rice and topped with sunny side up. Its quiet fulfilling and the rice has a peanut flavour which I found out to be something unique than the usual dishes. Dan Dan Noodles - Stir fried Exotic veggies in super spicy and tasty noodles. Cooked perfectly. The quantity is fullfilling for two and its tastes super delicious. Definitely worth trying dish if you happen to visit here.

DESSERTS - We ordered for Sizzling Brownie with Icecream and Caramel Custard. Both the desserts were delicious. The walnut brownie has a melt in mouth texture and is extremely soft. Even the Caramel custurd is tooo good.

Overall it was an awesome experience. The staff is generous and friendly. Its a family, friends dining place where you can chill, watch IPL along with amazing drinks.They followed all the safety protocols and social distancing. I would suggest one to visit here at least once for an amazing fine dining experience.

Fu Jou Goregaon

Fu jou is the newest addition to the awesome places around Goregaon area. Not only is this among the best in the market but it's advantage lies in the location as it is centrally located in Hub Mall, which is more than a brownie point.

I recently visited this place for a dinner on a weekend and this place has a theme where in they run an in-snack animated wall where in you can get a full of perfect Asian - Chinese feel. Amazing, right? Also they have fully stocked huge open bar severs some amazing cocktail

The cocktails here are quite innovative with a amazing mixology. We tried some quirky named drinks like whiskey sour without egg, it was nicely done,It had a different refreshing feel to it.. and then we ordered for beer made our mood fizzy. Another amazing drink was cosmopolitan which was subtle sweet taste to it and it was vodka based.

In appetizers, we had some amazing small plates and quick bites, and here's my feedback on the same:-

Dragon Chicken - this piece of art of prepared with slowly chicken made with a Oriental touch with chilli flavors of ginger and garlic. It was yummy and little zing of spice.

Chicken & pokchoy dimsums - these were tiny delights if dimsums well made with juicy and tender chicken stuffed in right quantity to make it not bursting in the mouth but to actually make it subtle and tasty.

Sliced fish in hunan sauce - these cute little sweet fish slices were perfect appetizer and went totally well with our drinks. They had human sauce base cut into tiny pocket pieces and made it purely delightful to have it. No flavor were overpowering each other just that the fish quality was nice.

In desserts, we had some really Innovative and amazing ones. The best thing was the caramel custard with perfect balanced flavors of pudding it sweet and that coolness in every bite.

The other dessert we tried was Chocolate brownie with came with a Chocolate brownie topped with vanilla ice cream and brownie was nice & moist. Totally worth experiencing.

The service of this place is okay. While most of the place was filled & packed but it's a good place to enjoy good drinks, desserts specially.

They also have karaoke night, games night & dj fusion night scheduled on a dedicated days. Must say it was a great curation by chef Gaurav..
