Chinese Wok — Restaurant in Mumbai

Located right next to Pawan Hans in vile parle. This outlet has a outdoor seating with 4 huge tables arranged each occupying 6 people comfortably. You can clearly view their kitchen and I must say hygiene is their first priority. Being an outdoor seating, you will problem with mosquitoes after sun down. Visited on a weekday during the day time. It was quite vacant and calm. Quick and attentive staff here. We were attended by Laxman who is the manager of this outlet. He Patiently guided us through the menu, and was also informative about all the items and suggested which ones to try. Here’s a list of things I had and all of them were suggested by him.

Drinks 🥤 Strawberry Mojito : Amazing flavour of mojito, sweetness balanced perfectly as per your needs.

Popcorn Milky Bubble Tea : It might seem weird to have Popcorn as a flavour but this one came to me as a surprise. Perfectly made not too sweet and milky popcorn flavoured bubble tea. Bubbles are quite different from other bubble teas.

Food 🍛 Chicken Tanuki Dumplings 🥟 6 dumplings stuffed with chicken and served with tempura or tanuki which gives the crunchy side to these soft dumplings.

Fish Peri Peri 🐟 Quantity is worth the price. Asian style cooked fish crunchy outside and soft inside.

Schezwan Chicken Wings 🍗 VFM as per the portions offered. Covered with schezwan, these Chicken wings are a must try.

Hot Sizzling Chicken Bao 🌮 I love Baos. And this one totally lived upto my expectations. The name says it all, hot spicy sizzling filling of chicken between that soft bao was delicious.

Bangkok with Ramen Noodles Wok Box 🥡This one is a spicier style of wok. Balanced flavours and spices with chicken tossed in those ramen noodles is just amazing.

Beijing Chicken in Chilly Garlic sauce 🥘 Spicy gravy of chicken tossed with all chinese vegetable and cooked perfectly.

Chicken Burnt Garlic Rice 🍚 This rice was made so delicious and yummy that I could jus have this alone. Perfect amount of burnt garlic topped on the fried rice with ample amount of chicken.

Desserts 🍨 Almond Brittle : This is their in house version of dessert mirroring chikki. Damn yummy.

Home Delivery Experience through Zomato from Wok Express Vile Parle West Outlet was delightful

My Order One Large Veg Box Got 20% discount using Zomato code ( Bill Amount was Rs 530 plus taxes but used Zomato discount code & final amount was Rs 406/- inc taxes ( got discount of Rs 149/- )

Delivery Time :- 45 mins - On time Food Packaging:- Very Basic & Minimum Wok box, menu pamphlet , tissue & fork Zomato Live Tracking Experience : Good Food Hot / Cold :- Warm enough Food Quantity:- Large Box is sufficient for Two & May accommodate 3 ppl @ max Food Quality :- Decent Food Taste :- I love spicy food & used to order red chilli pepper sauce which they stopped making & tried their new desi chilli sauce instead & it lived up to my expectation. Yummy 😋

My customised Veg Large Box was as follows :- • Noodle base - Ramen Noodles • Vegetables - Mushrooms, Tofu, Baby Corn, Broccoli,Onions & Carrots • Sauce - Red Chilli Pepper Sauce • Condiments - Crushed Peanuts, Burnt Garlic & fresh Cilantro I love it spicy & desi chilli sauce was really nice & I dint miss red chilli peeper sauce one bit . This Wok box tasted so unique & different from your usual noodle order that I totally loved this combination as the spicy sauce is neither to less nor too much, 5-6 different types of veggies are tasty, nice thick Raman noodles, balanced flavours & all blended very well & tasted delicious. I dint order drinks from here as it’s expensive & it’s just better to get your own if you can .

Drink options only had 475 ml & no 600 ml option on Zomato which was a let down.

Overall after discount for Rs 401/- it’s definitely worth it but without discount the total goes up to to 550-575 which just is too expensive in my opinion.

Please continue such discounts or reduce prices to offer better VFM for customers .

I couldn’t find the option of combo offers on Zomato online order where you can add ice tea / bubble tea by just paying 50-60 extra . It’s usually available @ Wok Express outlets & WE app.

Wok Express have so many branches all over Mumbai and not only in Mumbai but all over India.

This outlet is located in vile parle west near station where soo many different restaurants and cafe's n all are situated.

Wok express serves u proper Chinese, Asian, Thai n all in Veg, Non-Veg n Seafood.

I wanted to visit here since a very long time and finally I had a visit to this place with my sister 2 day's ago, and we tried some of there dishes.

Coming to what all we ordered :-)

1• Lemon Ice-tea with bubbles - It was very tasty and refreshing.

2• Mint Mojito with bubbles - It was again very nice and refreshing.

3• Green Thai Curry with Steamed Rice - They have 3 sizes in it small medium n large we took small only and it was served to us mixed and taste was very very nice.

4• Hong Kong Hakka Noodle's - Noodle's are my all time favorite and when u r in a Chinese outlet so It is compulsory to take Noodle's so I took and again these were tasty.

5• Chilli Paneer - No need of introduction taste was good but according to me the planner in it was a bit hard, if it would be a bit soft then it was the best in all.

6• Chilli Paneer Bao - They were served 2 in a box which u can even takeaway with u if u want to, moving to taste so it was good.

7• Customized Wok Box - Again in this they have 3 sizes available and we took small only as we tried so many things. In this u can make ur own wok box by choosing base + vegetables + protein + Sauces + seasoning's n all. I really loved it.

Talking about service so it was fast we didn't had to wait...
