I have several times ordered from this restaurant and often had minor issues with the tandoori chicken but my feedback wasn't taken seriously however this time when I ordered the same dish, it was delivered rotten and spoiled after which I complained to the counter staff/ manager who was arrogant, refused to accept the mistake and refunded my money n also took back the spoiled chicken as insisted. Since then whenever I called to place an order they have refused to provide me service and said 'as per boss's instructions we won't serve this customer ' ....I certainly feel a review should be written here so that genuine customers like me who are honest should avoid going through such...

Extremely disappointed with the service at this restaurant. I ordered Dal Khichdi and Chicken Lollipop, but the lollipop was completely uncooked. I immediately called the restaurant and returned the item, only to be told that the food was 'Not properly cooked' and that no refund would be issued(Even i am regular customer) . This reflects poorly on their customer service, as they seem more focused on making money than ensuring quality and satisfaction. The menu card include no. Of options in veg as well as non veg section.. you can enjoy a full meal for dinner or lunch as per our mood.. from the starting of appetizer to the end desert...
