Jeden has always been my favourite go to for delicious cakes. I had even ordered my engagement and wedding cakes from here. But this specific store's manager is not at all customer centric. Today i was at the shop physically and i selected a rasmalai cake for my father 's birthday and informed them and was checking what else can i buy with it. Meanwhile the store manager directly announced we got a zomato order pack both the rasmalai cakes. I told him i am here, i am buying this one and he should tell the zomato customer to chose one different cake..he is like sorry maam. I am not ordering cake from here anymore. Basic customer service is absent..forget going...

Jeden Goregaon Gokuldham - Bought a Rose Cake from them. Wonderful looking cake. Was tasty too. Value for money. Just the quality of the candle was bad. It melted completely in just 5 seconds and started spreading on the cake.

Ordered a cake for the 2nd time. This time a 1.5 kg cake. Not a professional work at all. Designing was unprofessional, writing was unprofessional and the cake just melts even if you keep it in freezer. They use too much cream rather than a proper base. Sponge is very thin, only cream all over. Learnt my lesson. Not going to order from them again. Cake chefs are not professionals, just ordinary guys. Shop owner's dealing with...

Avoid Jeden if you don't want your guest to go with cake color on their teeth and tongue.

They use excessive food colors which is unhealthy and can be embarrassing as well after the party.

Unapologetic and rude staff.

Yes, I agree that we want cakes to look beautiful and tasty, but food quality and safety comes first. Hope everyone agrees and will be careful while ordering cakes next time for their children...
