Pot De Fusion.

Pot De Fusion means a Pot Of Fusion.

It is a new restaurant serving fast food, north Indian, Continental, Italian and Thai Food. They have ample variety of cuisine with a very broad menu serving delicious mughlai dishes, pizzas and burgers to meet the ever demanding tastes and some modern food.

They have 3 outlets spread across Mumbai namely at Powai, Lokhandwala i.e. Andheri West and Goregaon.

It is a delivery kitchen thus you cannot dine in. The only option you have is to order delicious food and enjoy it on your couch while you watch a good film or serial.

Talking about service. I asked them to deliver at 8.30 pm and they were very much on time at my doorstep. The packaging was good. Nothing leaked out of the tightly packed containers and double packed box.

I was given an opportynity to review and ordered for 5 dishes and chose both appetisers and mains.

Started off with :-

1. DOUBLE DECKERED CHICKEN BURGER

It's a loaded burger, the current trend. 2 chicken patties bunned between breads with greens and tomatoes. It can go a long way if they spice it up with sauces and cheesiness. Comes along with fries and ketchup.

2. PANEER TIKKA MASALA

Whichever cuisine of the world you present, I fancy nothing over Indian food. Indian food always steals my heart no matter what. And the best part, I don't need mood for this kinda food. I always tend to enjoy it.

This dish was full of Indian spices with base of onion, chilly and tomato gravy. The pieces of paneer were good portion and it's totally worth enjoying with Naan.

3. CHICKEN RESHMI TIKKA

This was on the sweeter side. I loved the yellow gravy. Smooth gravy with extremely soft tender boneless chicken pieces. Very much Indian. Precisely Mughlai. Must try if not in the mood for spicy. The oil should be a little less is the only flaw I can bring out.

4. MURG DUM BIRYANI

Cooked to perfection with all required spices. Very much authentic. I could get the taste of every cinnamon, cardamon, black pepper, star anise, Cloves, Fennel seeds, Black stone flower, Bayleaf, literally everything. Chillies were used in good quantity. The rice didn't feel dry. The Biryani had this amazing Masaledaar punch to it. Served with onion and mint raita. Chicken was juicy and soft.

5. CHOCO HAZELNUT BAKED CHEESE CAKE

This wasn't that appealing to me. It's good that they're serving modern desserts but authenticity needs to level up for this dessert.

Do order food from Pot De Fusion surely when not in the mood to cook or surprise your moms by relieving them from the kitchen one good day. Overall food was good. The crux of this place is they're open till 4am. Satisfy your late night hunger cravings with food from...

Visited this place with friends for the birthday party , surely this plac is a quite small but can accommodate a decent amount of people , the place looks good and nice , the ambience is good too . The food really impressed us over here and that will surely make us go there once again, the ambience is decent but the food is marvelous and so is the service and staff :).

We began with Mocktails and beverages ✴️ Mocktails ✴️ Chocolate Shake -Premium chocolate shake with chocolate in it and no choco chips could have been better , Nutella was better then this and also Oreo .

Nutella shake -Nutella taste along with some sort of Nutella chips or choco chips in it with some ice pieces in it too , was yummy and something to try out .

Virgin Mojito - A normal mojito with some added pudina finely chopped in it , mentioning finely chopped because because it didn't stuck in the straw and it was good to taste .( Recommended)

Banana Chocolate shake - Yummy blend of Banana and Chocolate so well balanced , surely something I loved out here do try ( Highly Recommended ) also rich in protein and energy .

❇️Starter / Appetizers -❇️ 1)Murgh Reshmi tikka - Soft chicken pieces with amazin masala on it in adequate amount , so proper and the chicken pieces were evenly chopped the tikka was mesmerizing .( highly recommended 🔴) tasted such a tikka after a long time .

2. Chicken Crispy - chicken crispy like chicken tossed up In some crispy maida to make it crispy the taste was good .

✴️Main course ✴️

1. Burnt Chilly Garlic Rice - Garlic rice with Chilly pieces in it to spice it up , the burnt rice had a taste similar to burnt Garlic rice but the chilly pieces really spiced it up , not that spicy Spicy but enough for a good taste,( Recommended)

2)Chicken Mongolian sauce - chicken gravy with Chinese sauce Mongolian black brown sauce with chicken pieces in it which blended well with the rice . Together rice and Gravy went really well together.

❇️ DESSERT ❇️

1. Choco Hazelnut Cheese cake - it was Good , as the Hazelnut taste was there in every bite thought it would be soft as it's cheesecake but was the other side it was hard and break into pieces the taste was good and you can try it but I suggest Brownie with hot chocolate sauce over it :)

Food was mesmerizing and yummy so 5/5 Ambience is 4./5 Service is good and staff is friendly so 5/5 Value for money surely it is...

🧐Finding best restaurant for indian cuisine is always problem because so many options are available with in same area. But Pot De Fusion is little bit from different all other restaurants I heard from many people their taste was totally desi and amazing at good price. So this time I ordered from Pot De Fusion.

1)🍣Murg Reshmi Tikka : This is best starter as I believe perfectly roasted chicken and I love the smoky flavors of spices which the meats adapt while grilled on tandoor. That is just out of this world! So Must Try This!!!! 🤩 Beingfoodieforever Recommended🤩

2)🍢Murg Pahadi Kebab : A good substitute to Tandoori chicken is Pahadi Murgh Kebab. A bit raw in taste, Pahadi Murgh Kebabs are really good in taste. Chickpea Fleur gives an unique flavor to this dish

🍽️ Main Course:-

3)🍗Murg Makhani :Murgh Makhani more commonly known as Butter Chicken is a delicious dish of grilled chicken simmered a rich buttery tomato sauce that’s give rich taste to dish.little bit sweeter in side but you can advice them to make it spicy.

4)🍖Murgh Bhunna:This Chicken Bhuna Masala is finger liking good .Chicken Bhuna is a “dry curry” which means the masala clings onto the chicken rather than the chicken swimming in sauce.Must go for this!!!! 🤩 Beingfoodieforever Recommended🤩

🍞 Bread :

5)🥖Butter Naan: This Naan is made up of yeast with lots of butter on it. Perfect to go with murgh dhunna.

6)🥐Butter Roti: Butter rotu made up of whole wheat and grilled in tandoor.Topped with lots of butter.

🍨 Desserts :-

7)🏺Gulab Jamoon: I think Gulab Jamun is such a sweet which completes the meals in best way.
