Disappointing Experience – Unprofessional and Rude Behavior
Had a terrible experience with Cowboy Restaurant. The staff is inattentive and the Lady (owner) comes across as extremely arrogant. We were told to place our order over a call, but despite trying multiple times, no one answered.
When we finally visited the restaurant, we were met with unnecessary attitude and zero accountability. If you're going to share a number for placing orders, at least have the courtesy to answer and inform customers whether the order is accepted, being prepared, or not possible. The lack of basic communication is frustrating.
