Disappointing Experience – Unprofessional and Rude Behavior

Had a terrible experience with Cowboy Restaurant. The staff is inattentive and the Lady (owner) comes across as extremely arrogant. We were told to place our order over a call, but despite trying multiple times, no one answered.

When we finally visited the restaurant, we were met with unnecessary attitude and zero accountability. If you're going to share a number for placing orders, at least have the courtesy to answer and inform customers whether the order is accepted, being prepared, or not possible. The lack of basic communication is frustrating.

If you’re short on time or can’t manage incoming orders, a polite response goes a long way. But arrogance and indifference? That’s just...

Had placed an order for less spicy Mix Vegetable.. It turnout to bee so spicy..could eat a single spoon of the Vegetable.. Than was told even Dal Lakhani will cum.spicy.. They were not understanding the meaning of medium.or less spicy..

Than we had to wait for half an hour of Dal Tadka.. By the time Dal tadka apperaerd our Roti hot cold..

Definitely go for Veg Rolls...

I tried the Paneer Tandoori Roll and Tandoori Baby Corn. I wasn't very satisfied with the roll—the paneer was chewy rather than soft, and the tandoori marination tasted more on the sour side, lacking balance. The Tandoori Baby Corn was decent; the babycorn was properly charred and paired well with the marination, though adding more bell peppers could have further enhanced the taste.
