I regret the facilities of Domino's.(Mahim(w)) Domino's is 5-10 min from my house and I get my order in 1 hour later. My order does not arrive on time as per their half hour policy. Some delivery boys put on the mobile app that the delivery order is completed before the order reaches the house and so the later complaint of the order is not acknowledged by domino's, their store manager speaks very rudely. They try to save their colleagues. Yesterday I get my wrong order, I complained again, they send me a request Id and messaged that they will accept your complaint within 24 hours. After some time I got a call from them and they said we will refund your money but they didn't refund my money. When I called them again, they told me that your order is too late so you won't get a refund. Then why did they give 24 hours deadline in that message if the money is not to...

After 1+ hr of placing the order and continuously trying to contact the staffs She told us to come and pick up the order. What's the point of online ordering? After so many attempts to call they shifted our order to sion branch without informing us This sion branch guy called up and after we asked him how it shifted he lied to us by telling we entered the wrong branch address He told us to cancel the order and hang up on us The staffs behavior is very pathetic and rude People are hired with zero manners and no responsibility.

I wanted to share my recent experiences with your Mahim branch, and I'm quite disappointed with the service I've been receiving.

My order number is 177, The issues I've encountered are as follows:

Consistent Late Deliveries: I've received my orders more than 1 hour late on three consecutive occasions. This is very frustrating as timely delivery is crucial.

Unresponsive Restaurant: The restaurant in Mahim doesn't pick up the phone when I've tried to reach out about my orders, making it challenging to communicate my concerns.

Lack of Resolution: I've filed complaints regarding these issues, but there has been no satisfactory resolution or improvement in service.

I understand that hiccups can happen, but these problems have become a recurring theme, and it's affecting my overall experience...
