Drift Cafe & Bar recently opened up in the posh locality of Lower Parel in Peninsula Corporate Park!
We visited them for a weekend lunch and tried out the below items !!!
From the cocktail section we tried the London Dry & Nordic lights! Both were clean cocktails already batched up. Loved the blend!
From the Appetizer section, we loved the Smoked Chilli Prawns which was rich in flavors, followed by BBQ Pulled Pork Burger which was again a chef special with homemade BBQ sauce added in along with a touch of cheddar and the milk buns gove it a niche touch!
Coming to Mains, we called for Chicken Pithiviere which had Minced Chicken stuffed in puff pastry; had a crunch to each bite. The Pan Seared Seabass was an exceptional dish. A generous slice placed on a bed of tomato pepper puree and served with spinach & peas with a touch of lemon caper & butter sauce!
For Desserts they have a huge selection and we opted for Basque Cheesecake & Earl Grey Tea Mousse - Both were delicious!
