The facilities and amenities offered by the hotel were impressive. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the Wi-Fi connectivity was reliable. However, I found the absence of a swimming pool to be a slight drawback.

In terms of room comfort, I was pleased with the spaciousness and tasteful décor of my room. The bed was comfortable, and the overall ambiance provided a relaxing environment after a long day.

The hotel’s location in Worli was convenient for both business and leisure travelers. It was easily accessible to nearby attractions and transportation options, making it convenient to explore the city.

The food and dining experience at Bloom Hotel Worli was delightful. The restaurant offered a variety of delicious dishes, and the quality of the meals was consistently high. The staff in the restaurant provided attentive service, further enhancing the dining experience.

Considering the overall experience, the value for money at Bloom Hotel Worli was satisfactory. While the room rates were on the higher side, the quality of service, amenities, and dining options justified the cost.

Have stayed in this hotel for more than a week in the month of July. The experience was not satisfactory. The receptionists were rude from the day of our arrival and on calls. You will not get room service on room service; you have to call reception for everything and encounter the rude behavior of receptionists, specially the one who was on duty on Afternoon, 13th July 2024. Mostly the calls to room service number (when you've ordered food) will get unanswered. Room service staff was nice and humble though. Food in the restaurant was average. They cannot provide ice and do not have a common fridge to keep customers beverages. Requests of room cleaning and repairs are to be reiterated again and again and if you have two guests staying in one room, then it's everyday you'll have to ask for two pairs of hand towels, toiletries (The quality of products like shampoo, shaving cream and body wash, that they provide is pathetic), etc. Because they cannot keep a track. They have an outdated TV in the room, connecting it to Wi-Fi is a nightmare and the setup box it is connected with hardly has any subscription to channels worth watching. Above everything, what's most disheartening was their (receptionists') behavior towards customers and their guests (You are not allowed to have guests in your room). At times they will even smash the telephone abruptly when you're talking. I don't know about the other hotels of Bloom, but after the Worli experience I will think twice before choosing bloom in any city for my upcoming stays. Talking about what's good Ambience is good, you can have as much coffee as you want there's a hot water machine with instant coffee pouches at every floor and in lobby. Certainly, the rooms are overpriced for the experience they provide, and for now, I do not recommend this...

Noise Levels: Unfortunately, noise from the surrounding area was quite noticeable in my room. Improved soundproofing could make a significant difference in providing a more peaceful stay.

The hotel's dining options were limited, and the menu seemed somewhat repetitive. Adding more variety and perhaps incorporating local flavors could enhance the dining experience for guests.

One positive aspect is the hotel's convenient location in Worli, providing easy access to key areas in the city. This is a plus for both business and leisure travelers.
