My experience with Bombay Sweet Shop Offline Store. Service - 10/10 Food - 9/10 Ambience - 10/10 Staff - 10/10

I tried below things from Bombay Sweet Shop Matcha Rasberry Falooda - 4/5 I enjoyed the Matcha drink with Chia seeds. It was something new. Coconut Espresso- Oh - 3/5 This drink was not good for my palette, it was just Ok to me. Bombay 3 Layer Fudge - 5/5 (Delicious) Indie Katli Bites - 5/5 (Delicious) Peri Peri Potato Salli - 3/5 (It was sweet more then Peri Peri) Choco Butterscotch barks - 5/5 (Delicious and addictive) Roasted Makhana & Peanut Chikki - 5/5 (Delicious) Ghee Roast Bhujia - 5/5 (Delicious)

Overall, i really enjoyed the vibes in the store. Very welcoming and quirky style. Its Indian cafe with modern style.

10/10 Customer Service, Food, Ambience. Bombay Sweet Shop isn’t just limited to “sweets” anymore! They have their own small cafe within the outlet serving top notch food! Had a lovely interaction with the Cafe Manager and one of the employee Mr.Nikhil. Kudos to “Bombay Sweet Shop” for maintaining rather upgrading their quality in services despite new outlets opening...

Useless service of the shop. They don’t respond to calls and don’t live up to their promises.

To the owner of business- If you can handle high volumes of order then please make sure you don’t accept the orders either.
