Nopes... :(( Extremely disappointed first time from subway. Being a regular customer, i can easily differentiate between taste service etc.. This was the first time i went to this Subway and first of all the taste was not at all good. Bread looked old. It was tearing even when i got my dish. Secondly the person who was preparing the dish looked most uninterested person. Even after telling please put more vegetables. He was ignoring, a pinch of sauses was all he added, wrapping of the bread was all not at all good. All the fillings were coming out. Paneer was a joke. Just 2 pieces of paneer was all. Also the restaurant was very dirty. Air conditioners weren't working. The upper floor which was a sitting area was also dirty and non of the ac was working. There was also a wierd smell around. Probably food and sause smell. Although the taste was not good but not very bad. I would like to suggest subway to keep more combos. Otherwise what the customer pays for the drink is not worth. Mc Donalds has the best combos also burger king. May be you can add a little more eating items like rice bowl with fresh salad. Salad and rice is a good combination. Subway should modify their...

International Chain! but what about standards?

Food - The sub was extremely dry and tasteless and was not toasted, had no cheese, salt and pepper. Staff - extremely courteous and friendly...kept shuffling the call between the manager(Galvin/Calvin well who cares!) and the store boy - Sandesh (was he even supposed to answer customer queries? Well he did and to my delight ..in Hindi irrespective of me trying to converse in English!! That explains why i had to reiterate my concerns. And instead of apologizing, tells me that the sub had been toasted. he further asks me to wait till someone from the outlet comes to check. Well i still am waiting ...Its been an hour and no one has turned up as yet! Needless to say Please Avoid ordering from this outlet.
