Ganga Veg Fast Food — Restaurant in Mumbai

Horrible, rude, and clueless waiters. Food is nice, atmosphere is nice. What ruins the whole experience is how bad the waiters are. They often don't know what is on the menu, if you ask them questions about the food, they cannot answer and worst, they bring out wrong dishes and then don't even listen, they just walk away mid-sentence. Our waiter showed us so much attitude when we told him he got the wrong dosa, to which he kept saying that no, you ordered this only. Then he just walked away. We called him back and he just gave us an unnecessarily rude attitude.

Mr friends and I come here often, and we usually have a decent experience, but the waiters genuinely don't know what's on the menu, which is fine. But the attitude is what makes the experience horrible. Food is basic south Indian fare (Chinese is just okay, better to stick to Indian...

It could have been a 5 star rating if proactively service staff would have informed us that the water bottles kept on the table are chargeable. It's not about money but about transperancy. Early afternoon craving for dahi puri at a decent place turned our auto to the MIDC area and which is a better place than Ganaga veg fast food by Tunga Hotels. One thing is consistent about Tunga franchises (Paradise, Ganga, International etc.) is their authentic taste and food items preparation. Service is always swift with suggestions if you ask for. Today's order was pav bhaji and dahi puri. As seen in the photo dahi puri was mouth watering, The fresh cold curd with shev garnish with chana daal spread over crispy puri was fantastic to enjoy in the hot afternoon. Pav bhaji was tasty as always with buttery pavs as accompaniment. Overall nice experience...

Rude staff. Poor food quality. Hell lot of arguments and that too not in a polite manner. We ordered : Manchurian which was not freshly cooked at all, when informed the wait staff about that they said it comes like this only after arguing a lot he agreed to replace it with Paneer Chilly and that too was tasteless and stale; Pav Bhaji was also not good, pav were hard as a rock and when requested the staff about the pav he said it comes like this only, if you want to have it then have otherwise your wish, we had also ordered dahi batata Puri that was stale and tasteless. We spend like 600 bucks for this waheeyad khaana and behaviour.

Inshort we had to deal with rude behaviour of the staff and tasteless food. The manager there was not at all guilty and helpful.
