Revisited this place aftr ages, right besides Chembur gymkhana..this place is more famous for its home deliveries in and around Chembur..esp for its tandoor cuisine..but also boasting of good Chinese food as well. Recommended: grilled chicken in schezwan sauce . However, and thats a big however for foodies for whom service is a big lookout..this place pretty much delivers on the negative scale when it comes to timely service. Be it waiting to give ur order, or to get that order and to get ur bill at the end, its a frustrating wait. My recent experience at this restaurant left me extremely disappointed. While the food was undeniably delicious, it's clear that the owner and staff have a severe attitude problem. It seems like they believe their good food gives them a pass to provide subpar service. No one from the staff bothered to take our order or even provide basic courtesy like refilling our water. The owner, who sat at the first table, observed everything but seemed completely disinterested in engaging with the customers. It's a shame that such fantastic food is overshadowed by the unprofessionalism and arrogance of the owner and staff. I would think twice...
