Hotel Prashant- Pure Veg - Since 1970 — Restaurant in Mumbai

This hotel is not capable to earn even a SINGLE STAR Worst hotel in mulund. This is related to cost and service. This is not related to waiter service. This is related to the management of owner. You can see the manager of other hotels. If no one is available then manager himself ask to customers. If you are taking high cost then you have to provide service properly. Your staff were busy with outside orders and no one is available for inside customers. BUT RATES ARE VERY HIGH AND SERVICE IS VERY VERY WORST. Today we waited for 40 minutes and finally we leave your hotel without food. I personally inform all the things to manager but he simply ignore. I also inform him that dont shout on waiter because they are already overloaded. The mistake is from your side that you are not managing the things properly.Today we reached at hotel at 8.45 and gave order of medu wada and bhaji and puri. Some old person took order after half an hour he told us that the menu is not available right now and ask us to order some other things. I dont know how they are serving...

Earlier we had south indian food, we liked it, hence we decided to dine again. But this time the experience was not good. Staff is more focused on online orders. We ordered Masala Papad, Paneer Chilli and Triple Schezwan noodles. Masala papad served 20 min after placed order. Our main course prepared before the starter, paneer Chilli. In Paneer Chilli, veggies was uncooked and raw. Triple Schezwan noodles was cold, we asked serve it hot. Noodles was tasting like hakka noodles mixed with mirchi powder. No taste of soya sauce and Schezwan sauce in noodles. Veggies were uncooked in soup as well, and soup was totally tasteless, no salt, no pepper.
