Gud place to visit... Need to improve a lot on customer experience, This is a Local Bar & Restaurant in Vakola. Indeed one of the Famous Ones. But they really need to look after the customers. Visited with a common Friend. No places to accomodate walkin guests. Neither any arrangements or communications or response, Had ordered 1 Masala Papad and Panner Chilli which took 45minutes to arrive on Table, After repeat follow-ups. Owners or the managers r least bothered. The only part is the Vallet or the person responsible for Parking has been doing his job perfectly... Rest i would suggest not to visit here... Looking for better options try Turning Point instead.

Read moreThis is a typical bar, very old fashioned bar, ideal for stag groups. A little on the expensive side. You get to see people from different stratus of life. But most of them are regular customers.
Update: It seems they have recently upgraded the bar, the AC section is quite nice now. Though the culture is still like old bars. They serve unlimited free farsan, the non-ac section is very cramped up, not only is it difficult for the patrons to sit there but also for the waiters to move around. Seemed like a pretty unassuming place, it certainly gives dive bar vibes, so don't expect a 5 star restaurant. It was a great time, a restaurant with cheap beer and good food. Easy going and takes walk-ins. Sure we got some looks walking in as foreigners, as I can only assume it's filled with regulars, but the staff was super attentive and on top of our orders every time.
