Hybrid Theory Cafe and Bistro !! ✨The dine-in service has begun in this outlet 😍 ✨The temperature is checked immediately after entering and also sanitizer is being sprayed on hands; everyone in there had their masks put on and other hygiene was also well maintained 👍 ✨Mr.Shoib explained us about the theme of ambience and also elaborated menu for us😊 ✨ The theme of Ambience is 'music' and so they've the decor accordingly and various musical instruments🎵 ✨Also, there's a tree structured book rack. ✨ Quality of the food is appreciative 👍

We ordered:- 🔸Chandni Chowk to China- The bestttt munchies to start with is this😍 it was suggested to us by the staff member and we loved it 💯 The chaat style presentation and taste won our tastebuds. The patties were gooey and the chutneys on it along with sev and curd was tasted fabulous. Thin apple slices and pomegranate seeds were good to crisp with it 😋 "Must try"✓ 🔸Jalapeno Corn Cheese Balls- Crispy covering of balls was the best part🙌. Cheese and corn along with some finely chopped veggies was binded well together and served on the drops of mayonnaise 😋good to eat when hot. 🔸Paneer Schezwan Momos- These were steamed momos resting on the bed of cabbage and colourful bell peppers along with some pomegranate seeds😍it was having a pretty look and went well with the two dips of white mayonnaise and chilli garlic soy sauce that came along with it🤤 The covering was soft and the stuffing was full of minced veggies mixed in Schezwan sauce and a bit of paneer. There wasn't much paneer, but was good to taste👍 🔸Chicken Tikka Sizzlers- The quantum was huge🤩 Nicely cooked rice was tossed in veggies and spices, on which the boneless chicken tikka pieces rested🤤. Long, tasty potato fires and thick, yummy gravy containing veggies and chicken accompanied the rice❤️ The chicken pieces were very mouthwatering. The rice was mildly spiced which was a star point again👍 There's no single complaining point . It was just perfect. 🔸Irani Ishq- A lipsmacking drink was our dessert. 😍It was a falooda having saffron syrup, Icecream and lots of whipping cream swirls on top along with marshmallows and tutti frootis 😋 Heavy to end with and very very amazing as it's very cold and each sip charges up👍

✨Staff was very polite and courteous, suggested us with good dishes from the menu and also asked for our feedback✓ ✨ There's also an outdoor sitting area with grass like carpet and wooden like table and chairs. Hello everyone and welcome back to my food review. I hope you all are safe and healthy.

As you know lately many restaurants have started takeaway orders and also online delivery via zomato or swiggy.

So we decided to take a order from this cafe.

SAFETY AND HYGIENE:- First and foremost i must say the restaurant follows one of the best hygiene and safety.Proper care was taken with gloves,masks and sanitisation and special care taken for packaging.

Coming to the food we were 2 people so ordered the following:-

1. Veg momos:- This was looking good at first instance and moreso the taste was also to the point.Served hot with mayo and chilli sauce which was the right combination for this.It was really well made and served with veg salad.

2. Chandni Chowk to China:- Is it a chaat or a pakoda.Well its a fushion of both.I must say one of the best fushion appetiser i had in a long time for sure. They served it as if its a chaat but on eating i could find nice maggi stuffed tikkis fried and mixed well with dahi chaat. Its a treat for all maggi and chaat lovers. Do not miss this..

3. Toadstool pizza:- It was my choice to order it as i am a mushroom fan and the toppings included mushroom,olives and spices with cheese on top.Coming to the taste i was pleasantly surprised and happy as well as it was really amazing to get such good pizza at a cafe shop. Will surely try other options as well . Impressive...

4. Hybrid cold coffee:- This is their best seller and i must say that its really good.Nice thick cole coffee blended nicely with cream and served chill. This is the best thing to have when you have pizza and chaat and specially in this climate.

VERDICT:- This is a really nice cafe specially in prime area like marol and on the main road.There are many outlets nearby but this stands out for its spread of menu and some cool fushion. Also well done on the safety and hygiene. Keep it up

New place alert for everyone in marol . This amazing new cafe with retro vibes is just the best place to spend time with your loved ones. With an comfortable and welcoming ambiance it has a indoor as well as outdoor seating. The interior are very well done with lots of retro vibes to it and it appears to be fresh due to lots of indoor plants . The staff is really helpful and dedicated to their work.

It is an Multi cusine place with all types of dishes available and we can club it with some refreshing drinks or coffee of your choice. We tried the following dishes: 1)Butter chicken steak - Indo continental dish with grilled chicken stuffed with minched masala chicken served with some makhani sauce , herb tossed veggies and rice . The best ever kind of steak a complete transformation to two classic dishes. Great taste the Chicken was cooked to perfection and the sauce was best to club with. Highly recommended.

2. Fisherman's Grill - Perfect main course dish for fish lover .Marinated Grilled fish with veggies and potato mash served with an amazing mustarb sauce. The grilled fish and mustard sauce is always an divine combination. Beautiful presented and really delicious.

3. Hybrid Iced coffee - The house special iced coffee with coffee , chocolate,and hazelnut to it. Really good and was impressed by this version of iced coffee. Highly recommended.

4)Limona - very refreshing drink and bright drink with mint , lemon its basically an middle Eastern drink. But loved the taste simple and easy but quiet refreshing.

5)Kulfi Wala love - Beautifully presented desserts. The reqular Kulfi with some drizzled chocolate sauce and rose petals and many more sprinkler. The dish looked amazing but the taste can be much more better.

Overall we enjoyed our meal and the experience was good really looking forward...
