Very bad experience, I had gone with my friend for little fun, due to cough and cold I used some more tissue paper's, and asked for some more, the manager with specs came and argue with me that I have stolen the tissue paper's and hide it in my bag, I showed my bag their were not a single tissue paper in it. The restaurant in Byculla near railway station. Taste of food is really good! Only problem is the Bar section should not be at the entrance of the hotel. It should have been inside somewhere as people who want to go for a dine have to go through bar area where people are having hard drinks but food is really good! Service is poor a bit. The only agile person in the hotel is their owner who also ask for an order but how much he can do that so staff needs to be of good quality. Overall 4 stars only from delicious food...
