I had a very disappointing experience at Mansi (Chembur). I ordered Idli, Masala Dosa, and Upma. First they said Upma was not available, so I agreed. But shockingly, after me, they gave the same Upma to another customer who came later!

When I questioned them, instead of giving a proper answer, the staff told me to “check the parcel time and current time” – as if I was wasting their time. This is extremely unprofessional and shows zero respect for customers.

I was standing there for so long, but they did not serve me properly. Very bad service, partial treatment with customers, and highly disappointing behavior.

If you value your time and respect, I strongly recommend avoiding this place. Extremely bad experience at Mansi, Chembur. My bill was generated at 09:55 AM, but till 10:38 AM (almost 45 minutes later), I was still waiting for my parcel. When I kept asking about my order, the staff just kept saying “it’s coming, it’s coming” but nothing was given.

What’s worse – the same Upma that they told me was “out of stock” was later given to another customer who came after me! This is clear partiality, cheating, and absolutely no respect for customers’ time.

Instead of apologizing, the staff arrogantly told me to “check the parcel time and current time.” Such unprofessional and rude behavior is shocking.

They don’t value customers, they waste time, and they treat people differently. Highly disappointed – will never recommend this...
