The outlet is well placed, amongst the beauty of T2 and the heavy rains, it sits really well. However my experience wasn’t as pleasant as the weather. The Staff very casual and no regards for decorum or professionalism, there is uplifting music but you can hear the Staff more than the music. Service was average, I wonder if there is an SOP for placing items on a service tray cause I was told that a couple of items are pending but had look for the bill placed right in the middle of the items and most importantly, isn’t service supposed to be in a sequence? My order was after 2 numbers which were placed after me, when asked I was told there are many orders, but there were hardly any customers at 9 am. Seats weren’t clean an d no sanitizer visible, which is a basic requirement in the restaurant business. Overall, if you just want to grub and no experience for the price you pay, then go for it. This must be the most practical if not the most healthiest food outlet in the vicinity. The location makes it easy for anybody want to grab a quick bite on the go, without having to worry about parking. However, there is parking available outside but only for 30 minutes beyond which it is chargeable. Staff here is trained for promptness and agility and can help you with your order in seconds.
