Wow! Momo — Restaurant in Mumbai

I should have read the reviews about this place before ordering the food. One of the irresponsible outlets of wow momos at CSMI. First of all the dishes are expensive and top of that full order was not served. I ordered two pack of momos to go.. this is 3 AM in the night where I wanted to get it packed and have it at home. When I asked the guy if he has packed everything including chutneys..he said, yes. But I somehow noticed that only two small dabbi of chutneys were given in the carry bag. I asked him why only two...I have paid for two different packets , i should be given two for each of them right? . To which he said, sir woh green chutney khatam ho gaya.

Jab paise aap log complete meal ke le rahe ho to delivery bhi complete Karo na.

Bada sa brand banake, if you guys are not able to serve a basic experience of food then I pity you guys. Wow momos is no different than that those money suckers who thrive on passengers apathy who are at mercy of food stalls outside at critical places like airports.

Sala 800 rs ka 10 momo, matlab 80 rs ka ek...and chutney itni bhi nahi ki do bhi uske sath kha sako. Paise agar le raho to complete order kyun nahi de pa rahe.

The order takers doesn't pay attention to guests. I alsed for a coke and they gave me a Coco water instead , and didn't even bother to offer a refund for the rest of my money when I choose a Pepsi instead of the Coco water. There was a delay in service, it took almost 20 minutes for our food to be served. There were many guests standing around waiting for their food and people were getting impatient. There were atleast 5 staff members inside the store but still a dead slow service . And to top it all off the computer system in the store was super slow, it takes 3-4 minutes just the place the order and print the bill. The store doesn't accept international credit cards, it's a shame, especially when you are located at an airport. And finally the food quality wasnt even great. This is a Small Stall like Outlet in the Food Area just as you exit from the Departure Hall of the T2 International Terminal in Mumbai. There are several other Stalls in the Area offering a variety of other items to eat. There is some Sitting Area in front of the Wow Momos Stall with some Tables and Chairs where you can sit down and eat your meal, so that is good. Being at an Airport Location, the Prices of all Food and Drink Items including Bottled Water are much Higher, but it is a convenient place to have a Quick Bite at when you exit the Terminal Building and if you are feeling a bit Hungry, as it is difficult to go to a regular Restaurant with all your Bags in tow. Apart from Momos, they also have Chinese Items and Box Meals, which are good. Everything is Freshly Prepared...
