McDonald's — Restaurant in Mumbai

My recent visit to McDonald's was truly exceptional, leaving me thoroughly impressed with both the service and the food quality. Upon entering the restaurant, I was immediately struck by the inviting atmosphere and cleanliness of the establishment.

I ordered the McVeggie burger, a large Coca-Cola, and fries, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my order was prepared. Despite the bustling environment, the efficiency of the self-service system ensured that my meal was promptly served, piping hot and fresh.

The McVeggie burger exceeded my expectations, with its flavorful patty and fresh toppings perfectly complemented by the soft bun. The fries were crispy and seasoned just right, and the large Coca-Cola provided a refreshing accompaniment to my meal.

My child who wanted to have her favorite fries and nuggets was stopped at the entrance by Adnan as I was holding the potato twister which was half eaten by my child. I told him the twister is for my baby and the food we are looking to purchase Is also for my child he was adamant saying the twister is not allowed While I stood at the entrance typing this feedback Adnan went inside the cafe and for sure Sent his the supervisor luvjoyleen outside to humiliate us more. She first looked at us top to bottom as there were some tissue papers on the floor she very rudly said us to clear the floor and not to throw tissues around on asking her if she saw me do it she did not have an answer she promptly apologised and walked in, just because we were standing at the entrance she asked me to clean the floor and not to dirty it around i too am from the hospitality industry i dont think i would do this to any of our customers on asking her name she started walking inside. I visited McDonald's on Saturday 15 of July. I had a very bad service. 1st of all network issue to much the other thing when they told me to connect to the Wi-Fi that also was not working. The owner must see the network connection is nice or no before buying the place i must say. If people don't have cash n they have to pay by online payment I was really waiting for so much how many times I went out for connection. The other thing after repeating my order too many times they made a mistake.
