Hello team Belgian waffle, I am writing this review specifically to bring your attention about an incident that took place when we visited the Belgium buff will outlet it was very simple request from our side you have a product with says triple chocolate so instead of the milk chocolate we asked to replace the milk chocolate with Nutella we understand that it cannot be done the recipe cannot be changed or it can be a policy for which the Belgian waffle is working with so it was just a very sincere and a basic request that was a choice or maybe a flavour we wanted. So just by asking this question to the front desk front reception employee we got a very very bad and a road response stating that this cannot be done after listening to the response we said it's okay we understand it cannot be done but there is a better way to communicate with the customer as this is a general customer query and across desert places just to add Nutella it has never been and issue with us so we thought of just asking the same question or add the Nutella/chocolate flavour. Inspite of being polite and making the employee understand that it is okay if that cannot be done but it has a better way to communicate or let's say they should have a better way to respond. And after the communication took place the employee told us that we are not here to play with recipes that is not my job in a very rude manner after listening to the employee we got a little frustrated because you're not expecting an employee from a reputed brand like Belgian waffle to speak with a very negative language to the customers who are placing their orders or want to have some tasting waffles. After the Nutella thing got over then came the payment part we got our waffles after 40 or 45 minutes and then we have to wait for another 15 minutes to get r bill agents as soon as we got a bill like the ask for the bills the guy told that he will not accept cash this was never mentioned to us when we place the order we got our orders we got a bills and then he was very urgent to even reply to that query as well in spite of are going for another 5 minutes we ask for a bottle of water now you would not expect an employee to say that the water is over but this happened the guy literally told us that there is no water at the store and he will not give us water ok we understand this no water but there has to be away that statement was very very bad and it was in a very hard to how the experience was with us at the store names and so we don't know the name but they are the two employees one is the manager and one is front...

During my visit, I interacted with an employee named Mr. Ramzan. Unfortunately, the service provided was not up to the standard I have come to expect from your establishment. I understand the importance of adhering to company policies and the need to manage food costs effectively. However, I believe that customer service is equally crucial, especially given the competitive nature of the food industry.
My request for a small addition of Nutella was declined on the grounds of it being against the rules. While I respect your operational guidelines, the manner in which this was communicated was rather abrupt and, frankly, came across as arrogant. This approach to customer requests could be perceived as unwelcoming and may deter future patronage.
I am reaching out to you in the hope that this feedback is taken constructively. An emphasis on courteous and empathetic customer interactions, even when denying requests, can go a long way in maintaining a loyal customer base. When we highlighted that the order will be on them as the receipt was not given by the manger of the store - Sahdev, he was telling not to talk in a high pitch despite we were talking calmly. He was continuously saying in a very rude behaviour that “ aap fokat ki baat kar rahe ho, mere se argument mat karo” and post this we have to left the place.
