McDonald's — Restaurant in Mumbai

Wrost service I ever have seen I visited on 29/06/2023 @ 14:00 I wait almost for twenty minutes for getting just Two(2) allo tikki

Also I applyed for Xtraa onion and Xtraa tomato and they guys gave me Without Tomato allo tikki (both) when I asked to her manager who was lady and A crew trainer about my order they told me that they do not have tomato in there store..

Why you guys opened your store if you don't have resources Or tell the customers about HOLD products while punching..

What Fu... Service they guys giving to dine in customers Even they guys don't see throw there order tracker( Screen which is list of pending order) we have to tell them that this order is Xtraa onion/without ice/straw for drinc etc..

I have had the worst mcd experience of this mcd outlet. I would never prefer this place anytime. I ordered my food n it wasn't served till 30mins. I had to remind them twice for my order. Incomplete orders r served n becz of this u have to get up while eating n remind them for it. I didn't even order anything which took long I just ordered a mc chicken meal. Once I ordered 1 meal n a burger from this mcd from the mcd app itself. I got to k that I didn't recieve french fries. This is hilarious, n nt expected. Soo poor serves I did complain but no response in done neither did I get my french not the refund. It is true that becz of this outlet the name of mcd is getting badden. I hope some strint actions r taken n orders n served complete n on time cuz we r nt eating for free we r...

I’ve visited this McDonald's location 3-4 times, and unfortunately, I've never had a good experience. The service is terrible. The device used to take orders is frequently not working, and online transactions rarely go through, which is surprising in this day and age. The space is quite small, so it always feels crowded and rushed, making it hard to enjoy the experience.

The staff seems to be trying their best, but the service is far from satisfactory. The food quality is also disappointing — the burgers are never properly done, with mustard and mayonnaise poorly spread, and the cabbage always falling out of the burger.

Overall, I don’t plan to visit again. I hope improvements are made in both service and...
