McDonald's — Restaurant in Mumbai

I found the service here very bad. I had ordered a paneer wrap and softy, so the instruction was to give the softy after finishing the wrap first. When I was sitting to eat, a house keeping executive came and stood here and asked me if I can take the tray, I felt very uncomfortable, I told her that my softy is pending and then as soon as my wrap was about to finish, I told a lady executive to please provide my softy, then she said that you have to collect the softy while going, so I told her that I have to eat this, please give it to me, she took it and took the tray from here and she was taking the tissue paper also, so I asked her to take the tissue paper. I thought at first that the supervisor boy or his senior was giving him some excuses. Then I understood that these people serve the customer by looking at them and want to run away while many tables are empty. I don't know why they behave like this. Overall, my experience at the McDonald's location at Weh Metro was good. The staff was very helpful, especially with the kiosk system. However, the waiting time for the food was longer than expected. Later, we realized our order had been overlooked, but after checking with one of the staff members, we were promptly provided with our food.

The place is small, but the interior is nicely done, creating a comfortable environment. One issue I noticed was that some customers tended to leave their bags on seats while they went to sit elsewhere, which felt a bit inconsiderate. It's important to note that the space on the Metro bridge is limited, and it's the responsibility of the customers to be mindful of this. Today I had very bad experience in MCdonald Western express Highway metro station. I order food and paid online. Transection was completed and receipt was generated as transaction completed but still their staff and manager argued with me that the transaction was fail and told me to pay it again. When I refused to pay again they behaved with me very rudely.
