I recently shifted 270 Kg to Germany from Pune using ParcelChief. So sharing my transparent experience here:

Pros: I got professional advice about what can be shipped & what to avoid while deciding what items to ship. Rates were highly reasonable compared to competitors. Parcels were delivered almost on time as promised. (2 days earlier than expected) Tracking numbers were provided in advance. Some parcels got into issue as I was not present to receive them. They went back to the delivery center (500 km away) due to some miscommunication. Excellent support was provided by ParcelChief coordinator (Sakeena) to track them, negotiate with local delivery agent & get them delivered back to me as soon as possible, without any charges. This episode was unexpected but coordinator was genuinely concerned, polite, proactive & very helpful. Regular updates were provided to me for tracking all packages & their status proactively. Impressed with their professionalism.

Cons: 2-3 delicate items were dented. I realized that such items should be taken care of by the owner himself & not completely rely on a repackaging system. Edible items needs to be double packed. (preferably by owners) to avoid any spillage.

I received almost all items intact & without any issues. ParcelChief team took extra care of repacking all my boxes in an excellent & efficient manner. So many things were actually packed thinking how roughly it might get handled in all types of transportations.

I was quoted a very reasonable amount and guided through the packaging and documentation process, which would expedite the delivery.
