HOTEL SUBA GALAXY — Hotel in Mumbai

Located very close to the Airport and it takes about 10 minutes to reach in normal traffic. The hotel looks nice from outside. It has a very small porch which also used as parking lot. It accommodates about 5-6 cars. The reception is well decorated and check in is smooth. The reception team is cordial. Hanumanji who works a security guard was the man of the moment for me. He was always eager to help. Rooms are and small the mattresses are worn out and badly need replacement. Bathroom is really small. There noise from false ceiling and it was very disturbing specially at night. The cherry on the cake is that AC doesn’t have a remote. So one has to get up at night to change the temperature. View is flyover and dumped cars. The cafeteria is in the 1st floor and food is ordinary. I would not like to stay here in future. The worst part when I checked out I wanted to wait for my car but they have a conference room which opens from the reception waiting area. All the people who had come for the conference were occupying the 7-8 seats that were available. The management is not bothered to offer their room guest a chair. I stood for 15 minutes for my cab. Room ambience was very good. Furniture was well maintained. Service was excellent both at reception and for other room requirements . I can say that it is comparable to that of a 5 star. Very aptly located between Andheri Railway station and Western Express Highway providing various options for connectivity esp when you are on business trip it would matter. Food options are limited around the hotel but a few minutes walk can get you some options. So overall a great value hotel with polite staff...

Only good thing about this place is it's location... Rooms are small and not upto the mark... complimentary breakfast manageable...View from the hotel is completely obstructed by flyover.. Only few parking slots... Buffet dinner good for 1 or 2 days then you can see repeatativ dishes.. This hotel is basically for corporate training and gathering...
