Horrible experience at mahakali merwans branch .. I have been a regular customer since many years at merwans Andheri west branch .. they are making with service and customer care .. but the mahakali merwans branch is completely opposite. I had ordered cake through Zomato but after 20mins I received a call from them stating the cake I ordered is not available n I'll get only 2 options in the cost tht I already paid ... I told them give me some time but they disconnected the phone multiple time inspite of asking the female staff to handover the call to manager she as very rude n so does the manager ... They wasted my time n also lied tht the Zomato person had not reached the venue .. after contacting the Zomato person he said tht he had reach n was waiting for more than 15mins .. I request someone to look into the matter specially the female staff who denied to tell me her name n she had the audacity to disconnect customers call continuously n cancel the order which was...

PATHETIC service, unprofessional staff, I ordered multiple items one of that was veg white Patties, Quantity was 9 but they delivered 3 only, other items received, accept for remaining 6 Patties. When I called them to inform about their missing order quantity, they despite being sorry hung up my call, first lady on call didn't even bother to talk and listen me, completely ignored and hung up, when called back a man responded rudely, disconnected call, and meanwhile ongoing video called, just to disconnect , I only requested them to send what you have missed but they are so unprofessional and ignorant of customer service.

I had gathered with family of 7 and doesn't know how to distribute 3 patties among 7, Had to manage with pastry and mini pizza,
