I am appalled, disgusted, and extremely disappointed with the "Veg Biryani" we ordered from this establishment. It's Chaitra Navratri, a sacred 9-day period where we abstain from non-vegetarian food. But thanks to your reckless and irresponsible cooking, we unknowingly consumed shredded chicken pieces mixed with our veg biryani!

The fact that your kitchen could be so careless and disrespectful of customers' dietary preferences and religious beliefs is shocking. Do you have any idea how disturbing it is to discover that you've been served non-veg food, especially during a sacred period like Navratri?

The trust is broken, and we will never order from this place again. I demand a proper apology and a refund for our order. More importantly, I hope you take immediate action to rectify your kitchen's mistakes and ensure that such a blunder never happens again.

Worst service. Not satisfied. They serve for business not for taste. Ordered Mutton, chicken and fish, everything got wasted because of taste. Delivered unbareable spicy food that went into trash. Not once but happened more than trice. Even after complaining they’ll blame you for not specifying...
