Nagpal Fish Fry — Restaurant in Mumbai

Today order was done for chicken Kasai however as a customer I and my wife was not aware it will boneless nor on the menu it was mentioned do called back and explained them.they later that's how the dish is served I asked them.that it was not mentioned if it will.be with bone or will be boneless later I asked them to change as it was very spicy only red colour and spices was unable to eat I asked to change and get me chicken handi later they said once order we can't change as it will go in wastage first restaurant till now I never had bad experience but this will be the worst and will never visit or order anything from there and its a humble request either asked the customer and then take order or specify everything on the menu because customer wish to try new food stuff and they are not intelligent like nagpal people thanks but no thanks but there was no apology no sorry nothing they wanted prove they are right and people are wrong worst experience of lifetime thanks...

Order biryani and lever fry...due to covid 19 only home delivery is there no restaurant eating... order was not covid 19 safe, packed food is not sealed with any tape or anything can be tampered with anybody while delivering, the person came to house for delivery is also not wearing mask or glove or any other kind of ppe Corona kit. In this pandemic situation this type of delivering is not acceptable from my side, the whole food I have to bin it, and also the food is wasted. Due to safety reason I have to throw the food at all, because i got doubt. Request you all customers think twice before you order from nagpal... Specially in such kind of situation. Went there for dinner with family. Ordered veg kabab, paneer tikka, nagpal special kabab for appetizers. For mains we got chicken raadah, veg kadai, dum birayani and veg biryani. To be very honest, the whole dining experience in nagpal was very disappointing. Food is over priced as it does not justify the taste, quality and quantity. Quality service was lacking too as it took long period of time to bring the food to the table. Like, everything was coming one dish at a time.
