PATHETIC EXPERIENCE :( :(
If you guys are planning for any company, family or small party buffet at this hotel. Believe me guys you will regret. The staff in this hotel does not value their customers and are perfect liar and cheats.
I had been to this hotel yesterday afternoon for a final booking of buffet dinner for my family. Together we were 15 people. It's was my daughter's birthday. We had selected the menu and paid advance of 2K. Time was decided from 7.30pm to 11.00pm.
Around 4.00pm we got the call from SUNIL KYAL (Sales Director) asking us to change few food items and we agreed. Later on another call from SUNIL KYAL (Sales Director) he wanted us to leave before 10.30pm when it was already decided that we can stay till 11pm. We still didn't argue on this and around 5pm we went to drop birthday cake to the hotel. We thought of talking to the SUNIL KYAL (Sales Director) who did the booking and asked receptionist to call him. After waiting for nearly 15-20 mins he didn't turn in. We were leaving hotel but saw that our expensive birthday cake was lying around outside. My wife went to the hotel kitchen and asked someone to keep cake in fridge. While she was doing this SUNIL KYAL (Sales Director) came in. I parked my bike and went to speak to him but he was still arguing on timings and food items. We decided to withdraw the party even when we were so close to the timings. Self respect and promise is more important than anything. SUNIL KYAL (Sales Director) didn't even bother to convince us when we canceled the booking. It is an evidence that they don't value customers and don't want business. I had to redirect my people to my home for the party. Last minute i didn't had enough time to go for another hotel. Cursed myself why i did any dealing with this hotel. I felt really ashamed to divert my people and change plans. NEVER AGAIN I WOULD PREFER DRAGONFLY COCOON HOTEL IN MY LIFE. ALSO WOULD URGE U GUYS TO...

About the food & Hospitality: A warm welcome by friendly staff at this place. For Indian food you do not need to think much, still confused then the staff here are at your service to suggest the best. We started with refreshing mocktails, a call for Blue Lagoon and Strawberry punch was just perfect. We ordered for a mixed non-veg platter(highly recommended), that was huge for us. The platter comprised of Pompfret Tandoor, fish tikka, prawns tandoori and assorted chicken Tikkas. Everything here was fresh, juicy and delicious. We were recommended Chicken makkhanwala stuffed in a roti(Recommended), an innovation for Indian cuisine, yummy and heavy. For the main course, we opted for their speciality chicken pot rice with a gravy and also Prawns masala with roti. We did not find much to order from Desserts menu so settled for Gulab Jamun with Ice cream!!!!!
Pocket Friendly: The menu is fairly priced, considering the geography of the restaurant. Worth a...

Who does that much of cost cutting in a menu im a hotel management student myself and have never seen such stingy menu....
