Reise All Day Bar & Kitchen — Restaurant in Mumbai

During our recent visit to Reise, my friends and I were left quite disappointed with our overall dining experience. As regular customers of this restaurant, we had come to expect a certain level of quality and service, but unfortunately, our expectations were not met on this occasion.

To begin with, we ordered two portions of the same dish, hoping for consistency in both taste and presentation. However, we were surprised to find a noticeable difference in portion sizes. One serving was significantly smaller than the other, which left us feeling dissatisfied and somewhat cheated.

Our disappointment continued when we discovered a hair in the chopper rice. This not only raised concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the kitchen but also dampened our appetite. Such oversights are simply unacceptable and reflect poorly on the restaurant's attention to detail.

Furthermore, our dissatisfaction escalated when a non-vegetarian element was included in one of the veg chopper rice dishes. As vegetarians, this was a clear violation of our dietary preferences and left us feeling disrespected. It is crucial for any restaurant to handle food restrictions and preferences with utmost care, and unfortunately, Reise failed to do so.

Adding to our frustrations, the service was exceptionally slow. We had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for our drinks to arrive, which only arrived after we had already finished our starters. This disrupted the flow of our meal and further tarnished our dining experience. As regular customers, we had expected a higher level of efficiency and attentiveness from the staff.

Overall, our visit to Reise left us feeling disappointed and dissatisfied. The inconsistent portion sizes, the presence of a hair in the food, the inclusion of non-vegetarian ingredients in a vegetarian dish, and the slow service were all major drawbacks that significantly impacted our dining experience. Reise All Day Bar and Kitchen Is a Travel inspired Restaurant located in the Basement of Oriental Aster Hotel in Chakala Jb nagar This Place serves Food The Entire Day I visited Here During Their Sea Food Festival and They had a Extensive Sea Food Menu I Was Completely impressed The minute I Entered The Restaurant The Ambience Was Superb And Intresting since it is a Travel Inspired Kitchen There were various things realted to that on The walls,Tables etc I just loved the ambience The cooling of the AC was perfect Soo Ambience gets 5/5 Coming to the food First I Had Sea Food Combination Soup It was amazing Loaded with fish prawns and all Plus the taste was amazing Summer Getaway Mocktail - It Had a Punch Of orange and some other fruit The combination Tasted great Perfect to beat The Heat Bombay Duck Fish Fry - It was made perfect just The way it should be Then I Had Chili Orange Basa - THIS WAS ONE OF THE BEST FLAVOUR OF BASA I HAD will highly reccomend to try this flavour Crab in Bull Dog Sauce -This was Their Signature Dish The minute Crab came to my table It looked soo mouth watering I couldnt resist from eating it The sauce was soo well made It had the blend of spices and Flavours in It It was Excellent Sea Food Biryani - This was also made perfect it had the rich flavors and Aroma in it Had good quantity of Fish and Prawns in it The Taste was Lipsmacking

I am a person who cannot eat sea food if it has even a little Bit of Smell in it And well their Sea Food was completely Fresh and didnt even have a little Bit of Smell in it That is amazing Am going to surely visit this place to try some more dishes as the taste is superb and the prices are pocket friendly Food also gets 5/5 Service was quick and the staff were polite...

Food & Drinks : Drinks : I must say their drinks menu is awesome! They have various tasty, around the world cocktails.Drinks we ordered :

1. Dome Long Island Iced Tea: This was served to us in a boot-shaped glass. I had read about this before and ordered based on the high reviews. Taste wise it was okayish. It was topped with coke more than cranberry. On request, staff altered it according to our taste.2) Blue Lagoon: A fizzy vodka drink topped with Blue Curacao. It was nice.
2. Hot Spiced Cinnamon Rum: Dark Rum with Cinnamon and served with warm water. Nice to have when you have a cold.
3. Mud Slide: This is surely one of the bestest cocktails I have tasted. Everything was so perfect & heavenly blended (Kahlua + Baileys + Vanilla Icecream + Chocolate powder+ Coffee powder)We ordered two of these.
4. Blue Hawaiin: Another delicious cocktail, a well-blended amalgamation of Rum + Blue Curacao+ tender Coconut.

Food : Since we had already eaten & we were there only for drinks, we did not order much.The things we ordered:Potato wedges & potato fries. ( Only Chakhna ) Service: Service was really fast & nice. Staff was super friendly. Any problems, ask them they will resolve it. Ambience : It is more of fine dining place than a cafe. With dim lights & soft music in the background. They have games like 'Jenga', 'Uno' & some other board games.

Conclusion: It is a very nice place to chill out with your loved ones. If calm ambience & tasty drinks are on your mind right now then go ahead...
