Hotel Suba International — Hotel in Mumbai

Every once in a while you end up staying at a place where not only do you feel welcome, but the genuine care and enthusiasm is seen across the board on every individual that I interacted with at Suba International, Mumbai.

This was my first stay here and I am sure this won’t be my last.

From the security, Pravin in concierge, Devendra, mandar and Jabir at the front desk, Chandrakant, Nithyanand and Billal at the dinner service and all the lovely people who served during the breakfast hour - every one of them left me feeling nice, warm and happy.

The housekeeping was very prompt and kept the room clean and tidy. There was a plug point and dryer missing in the bathroom, but I was told they had it on order. I did not need a dryer, so, it did not matter to me. But if I needed one, I am confident they would have make it available.

The amenities in the bathroom was adequate and they also had a kettle with complimentary coffee, teas and water.

The bed was comfortable and the linen was clean and fresh. The room was spacious with appropriate furniture.

The internet was fast, consistent and the coverage was good.

The hotel itself is located about 15 min from the T2 terminal of the airport. The area around the hotel might not be something to write about, but it was absolutely safe to walk around in the night.

The breakfast was included in the rate and was excellent with a bunch of variety across hot and cold breakfast items. I also tried the dinner buffet and it was a good spread across veg and non-veg items. The taste of the food was consistently good across my stay.

Overall, I was happy I chose this place in Andheri East. Will certainly look to stay here next time I am in Mumbai. Thank you Team Suba...

I reached Hotel a little after midnight. It was late for me for them as well. I am not sure whether feedback is justified for not being arrived late. Nevertheless, let me pen them down: Rooms - fine, decent and well maintained. Bed is comfortable and had a good sleep. Location - very much on road. Visible from long distance being lighted up during evening. On the way to T2 if you are travelling by Auto. People - somehow I dd not click with them from Security to Service, except the Check Out time of Faizal, I guess. Arriving - Both the gates of the hotel were closed without any indication which gate is meant for entry. I did not see any help at the gate, as Security Guards were busy with their Phones. I had to shout to make sure my voice reaches them being they close to the hotel glass entrance. When enquired, they mentioned they were only paid to sit inside not at the gate. I had a heavy bag, either of them offered help to raise it up to the steps, however, once raised my up onto the steps, one of the guards offered help. However, the tough part is done. It looked more like formality rather helping nature. Food / Breakfast - didnt match to the price I paid for the night. It is a small place, however, expected better Food or at least service. Both were deprived. I found service staff were NOT looked for help except if you ask something they would said it is Chargeable. I stay there for one night with my family and I booked two rooms, i like the hotel, rooms is clean and hygiene and well maintained, staff is very good and always ready to help you, i like the breakfast, food quality also good. But I faced some problem in my room which when I entered my room it's fully occupied with cigarette smoke and I am the person who can't tolerate the cigarette smoke, i thought the guest who stay before me he is smoker and when I come back at night smoke will be go, so i went for my work and I came back night around 9, 9:30 and the smoke is still there i can't understand were it's came from so i open my room door and wait outside 15 to 20 minutes but there is no changes so i called the housekeeping guy he put the air freshener, he is also another cheracter when I asked where the somke is came from so he told me it's a new type of Air freshener i look at his face and close the door, whole night I can't sleep because of the smoke I can't breath properly, it was horrible experience for me, next morning I'm going to take bath and when I start taking bath the water didn't drain out, drainage line is blocked, i came out middle of the bath and called the housekeeping guy he came immediately and clear the blockage, that's good but it's can't acceptable, i can't understand how they give the room without checking so i request the management give little more attention on this thing, your rooms is good, service is good, staff is good, but something is missing, i definitely want...
