Naturals Ice Cream — Restaurant in Mumbai

The place is nicely designed and appropriate for family outing, big groups, post dinner cravings, etc. The place isn't big enough and can only accommodate number of people but there's a huge street outside which is absolutely safe and friendly.

The menu consists mainly of fruits but it also has dry fruits, chocolates, etc. with normal and waffle cone.

The taste is great. The Ice-creams are delicious and irrespective of the flavour you can feel the quality of it. The Ice-cream parlour is usually famous for it's monthly favorites which are definitely a must try for example few months back they were selling Jamun flavour and you could really feel the Jamuns.

The quantity is scoop based which is the normal standard.

The pricing is good. It isn't cheap but it isn't expensive either but the best part is that they do deliver a value for money experience.

The service is quick and the staff always has a smile on their face. The best part is that they've always been able to manage huge crowd.

Naturals So a few days back me and my classmates were hanging out and the wheather was too hot.so we camed across this shop "naturals".we have heard alot about it but we have never been. so to cope with the sunny climate we decided to jus try something sweet and chilling. As we were going through the menu we saw these different kinda ice cream names The ice cream were looking nice sweet and chilled.i was feeling refreshed as i was having each bite .i must say the service was real quick staff were also gentle and kind. we tried their seasonal as well as all round icecreams and all were so good.their Kalajamun,mango,sitaphal,black grapes,water melon,chicku all were so delicious and mouth watering.for coconut lovers u shud try the tender coconut.their round the year icecreams are to good to be true.the choco cream,coffe walnut,roasted almond are the best with the cones. Over all i will say it is the best place to have ur ice creams.its worth every penny and will surely visit this...

I had a really bad experience at Naturals. The staff was completely unprofessional. When I asked for a waffle, they told me it was out of stock, but I saw a bunch of waffles which they offered to the next customer. When I pointed this out, they told me they would only serve it in a cone or cup. I offered to pay for it, but they insisted that the waffles were unavailable and put the bunch aside. Even after highlighting the issue and pointing out that waffles were still there, they refused.

This visit was very disappointing, as the behavior was unexpected. On top of that, the taste of the ice cream has changed. The Malai flavor was tasteless, and the Tender Coconut was also lacking in flavor. The only good thing was the Sitafal.
