Read moreArrogant customer service & egotistical Hotel Owner Mr. Billu & miserable Manager Kiran - I would like to share today’s event with me. I was with my family and I tried to pay the bill with Zeta card & immediately I received the message that this hotel is not qualified to accept money from zeta card. then I paid my bill thru Citibank cr card & I received a message that amount is debited from the card, but the dispute from the hotel manager Kiran was it is not reflecting in Neelam's machine. So, I said the way I received declined from zeta, I should receive the same msg from Citi- but they said some time network doesn’t work & it takes 2-3 day to reverse the payment “they were responding me on behalf of Citi bank card 😊” In my defense I said unless Cr card company respond me back saying payment was declined I’ll not make the payment and the whole argument created BIG chaos. Initially, they were not allowing me to call Citibank from their landline with the argument you sort this out on your own. The Hotel Owner asked me to Keep my Cr card with the hotel till this issue is sorted out & when I denied, in an egoistic manner, he asked me what cr limit do you carry “ 1 -2-5 lakh” This argument continues for 1 hr & me -my family was helpless for 1 hour tackling all hotel staff along with hotel owner Billu (who is equally responsible for this chaos) & from the scene I make out all hotel staff was following his...
Read moreThe tables were a little too cramped.. keeping in view that social distancing... is needed nowadays. The table and cutlery were sanitised and sealed in plastic. I found the lighting a little subdued.. specially on the tables. Ambience is alright. Food was just about okay. The lemon coriander soup I found too tangy.. and would rate 6 on 10. In Starters.. Chicken in oyster sauce.. the chicken was fresh but not crunchy. Found it average. Prawns in butter garlic.. again Prawns were fresh.. but garlic had a raw smell. Not well sauteed at all. Will rate it 4/10. Main course.. Murg Mussallam and Butter Chicken followed. Both had been made pronto with shreds of tanduri chicken. Gravies will rate both 7/10. The Missi Roti I had was quite good. Had I asked for the buttered variant.. I would have just had that plain.. for dinner. Roti was a 9/10 for me. On the whole.. I would say.. will repeat only if necessary.. but may venture there.. just for the Missi Roti.
The MCGM Team came in around 11.45 pm. Six officials.. who were miffed as they were not checked at the entrance with the required thermal gun etc. They found no record maintained in the register either. They created a rucus.. and made their presence felt. Must be quite embarassing for the owner to have them land up and react like this on a Saturday Night...
