Read moreFor Homedelivery from Gopal Krishna - please beware. This is a scam. After calling on their home delivery what's app number, the staff asked me to send my order via what's app, send my address and make gpay of bill amount using the qr code sent by him. The qr code was his personal one, in the name of Suneel Saini but I paid the bill amount of Rs.740 in good faith and sent the screenshot on the whats app number as asked. After 10 minutes, the same person called me to pay Rs. 19986 assuring me that machine is locked from their end but he needs to generate my bill from their hotel. He cant deliver my order unless I pay Rs. 19986 , which he said, will not get debited from my account. I was super confused about this. For trial, he told me that I pay Rs 1 and it won't get debited only. Guess what, Rs. 1 got debited and when I told him, after a minute, it got credited in my account by him. Now, he was coaxing me to transfer 19986 via gpay to generate the hotel bill and when I angrily refused, he told me that if my amount of Rs. 19986 is debited, it will get credited too and if not, I can come and hold the hotel responsible ( which is difficult for anyone to believe, when I am transferring to an individual). I had an argument over this and he threatened to cancel my order or I should collect my order from the restaurant and it wont be home delivered , which at this point, I didn't even want to take. For refund, he called me again but told me that under add notes I have to add refund note of 740 but under rupees I have to pay again an amount of Rs 9896 which I could not even comprehend at this point. If he has to refund 740, he can do the needful in my gpay account just like other service providers like Swiggy, Zomato, Dominos etc so why should I again pay 9896 for getting refund of 740 too. Such policies are unheard of in any genuine restaurants, which makes one skeptical of the staff. I only lost Rs.740 but I feel I was saved from losing close to 20000 or 10000 rupees. If anyone of you would like to order through home delivery from Gopalkrishna, please go for cash on delivery or use swiggy/ zomato but do not order directly through them trusting them by making payment beforehand and then fall prey to such hotel staff schemes of making money at our expense by not actually sending any order but taking full money beforehand or if there's some innocent customer who could be fooled, manage a bigger amount entirely. Be safe than sorry! If I could give them zero or minus rating, would gladly do so. What a unique home delivery- bill generation system of Gopal Krishna hotel that asks customer to pay amount of Rupees 19986 again by gpay to generate a bill number for an already prepaid gpay bill of 740 rupees for home delivery order which will never...
Read moreIf you're looking for a place to test your patience and sharpen your vocal cords, look no further than GOPAL KRISHNA RESTAURANT. I'm convinced they've redefined the concept of waiting – it's like they're training you for a marathon in the art of endurance.
Upon arrival, I felt like I had entered a time warp where seconds stretched into eternity. The staff must have been following some avant-garde performance art piece titled "The Waiting Game." I half-expected a director to pop out and yell, "Cut! You've really sold the waiting experience, folks!"
Now, let's talk about their service – or should I say "dis-service"? It's almost as if they've mastered the art of invisibility. You could stand there with a flashing neon sign saying, "I need help!" and they'd still manage to walk right past you like you're just a particularly convincing ghost.
And the waiters – oh, the waiters. It's like they went to the School of Mannerlessness and graduated with flying colors. Picture this: you're sitting there, twiddling your thumbs, and when they finally deign to acknowledge your existence, it's with all the warmth of a refrigerator. I half-expected them to serve my food with a side of eye-rolling and a dash of sass.
As for their serving skills, well, let's just say they have a unique interpretation of the term "table service." It's more like a game of culinary dodgeball – you never know if your food will actually make it to your table or if it'll take a detour via the neighboring diner.
In conclusion, if you enjoy waiting until your hair turns gray, being treated like a ghost, and playing culinary dodgeball with your dinner, then by all means, book a table here. thank...
