The pool staff behaves with great disdain for those who enter the pool. They humiliated us without explaining .The rooms do not look like the pictures. Not worth the high price.

We were looking for a hotel with a pool in the booking filter. We preferred to pay more expensive than other hotels for this hotel with a pool. We called to ask if the pool was active and explained that it was important to us for the last day of the vacation. We paid by booking and arrived at the check-in, where they told him the pool hours only. In the evening we showered before the pool and arrived. The pool staff immediately yelled at us that we were not allowed to enter without a pool cap. We didn't have it because we weren't told anything about it.He asked us to buy from him and brought us a used one and not a new one, even though he promised it was new. We turned to reception to ask for permission since we had little time left after being yelled at. The staff at the hotel agreed that he entered without a swimming cap. The pool staff came back to humiliate us. Instead of checking the confirmation, send us in and out. We were insultingly harassed in bathing suits, running through people. They repeatedly asked us to wash in the public bath, even though we had already washed before they shouted at us. Our time was up and we had to finish. Finally we were not allowed to enter the pool

I would like to share experience of swimming coaching with Mr Ujjwal, the Coach. Must say experience was very very bad. My child got so sad by the shouting of Ujjwal Sir and the crude way of coaching, that he has decided he will never try swimming again and a water loving kid has become water fearing one.

I enrolled my child, 7 yrs, in summer coaching. The club has no restrictions on number of students they will have in a particular session. They keep taking new kids and its almost like 50 to 60 kids learning swimming in the pool at any given time. Main coach Mr Ujjwal teaches only senior kids who already know swimming. Leaving new learning kids to fend themselves with super junior coaches, who hardly can manage 3 to 4 kids but is meant to manage 25!! Really a pathetic situation. For new learning kids there is NO REAL COACHING. They just leave them to wear floats and swim. No single instructions given to teach.

The idea of the club is for these kids to keep doing more sessions over multiple months and earn more money. If they would have learnt swimming in one session of 22 days, then those kids would be lost revenue.

I would NEVER NEVER Recommend anyone to do coaching here. And Ujjwal sir and the management take a cue from this that they need to improve...
