I have been visiting this restaurant since 15 years and our loyalties have always been to this place, but this time our experience was bitter enough to not visit here ever again. Some of the restaurant staff is overly rude and lacks to provide customer service. In my recent visit they did not allow me utilise a table of four for the two of us..saying you can only sit on these tables of two which is occupied.. After waiting for 20 mins I requested to allow us to sit in those other tables which were vacant..on which he replied if you want wait, or else you can leave, but you wont be allowed on the table of four. On the main road - one of the busiest streets in the locality - because of the movements of the train commuters the whole day - from early morning till nearly midnight.The restaurant is very clean and well maintained. One can have different variety of foods - Chinese, South Indian, some continental, Pizza, snacks, juices... one can also have excellent Bhel puri, pani puri, ragda puri, etc. one can have ice creams also. Then there is Status, nothing grand about ambience, no great view(Unless lower Parel station is something you consider a great view), no unique theme.
