UDUPI Pure Veg — Restaurant in Mumbai

I ordered a dosa and it was a complete disaster. The food arrived cold and tasted terrible. It was clearly not freshly prepared — the dosa seemed old and stale, and the potato filling had deteriorated, making it inedible.

To make things worse, when I called the store to share my feedback, the person was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of acknowledging the issue, he blamed me, saying it was because I ordered a parcel. This kind of response is unacceptable.

I will never order from this place again and strongly do not recommend...

Amazing food. I like all food over here whenever I have visited and ordered different dishes. The cheese masala dosa is simply awesome. The sambar and chatni are of different taste and simply yummy.
