Subway Infinity Mall — Restaurant in Mumbai

Person at counter is a cheater. Check for all the offers as well as your reciept. He gave bill receipt for sub of the day and tried to charge me for full price. Never going back to this outlet...

I visited the outlet on 24th June 2018. I ordered for tandoori tofu sub which cost around 165₹. But it was the sub of the day as it was a Sunday so should cost 120₹. But guy on counter tried to charge 165₹ then I told him that it is sub of the day then he hesitated and gave me for 120₹ with grudge. Then I checked the bill which says I’m entitled to get complementary 300ml of lemon ice tea. It was written on my bill but he refused to give the ice tea. So I threatened him that I will take this bill for complain as u are not serving what’s written on it. Then after lot of arguments and shouting he grudgingly gave me my ice tea. It was a horrible experience. We are paying for the food but the guy at counter was behaving like he is doing charity to baggers!! Never going back to this outlet again ever.

Totally dissatisfyin experience .. d lady who choppd d roasted chkn din knw wht size to chop it .. such big pieces of chkn .. the capsicum n onions are nvr crushed bfr puttin inspite of askin d prsn to do so.. chkn ws nt evn properly heated.. totally unkool experience.. wld nvr buy a sub frm here again .. im a regular subway eater bt hv nvr hd sucha horrible experience.. on top of it wn i tld d guy at d billin counter that is this lady who heated d chkn n the othr guy who made my salad new ppl here .. hes lyk no.. i showd him d chkn size n the capsicum n onion sizes bt d guy says its lyk this only.. what a fool .. im very much aware that these guyz are new coz i hv tkn subs frm here in d recent past only .. bt the experience ws way too bad this tym dat i hd to post a review ...

The previous Friday, I ordered a chicken tikka sub via zomato, and was utterly disappointed. Received order 50 minutes later than the usual 40 minutes clocked by the zomato app, that too after several reminders, and zomato's intervention. The delivery was made by zomato's pick-up.

The sub that I received was far below Subway standards, and inedible. The bread used was stale. iIhad ordered for cheese and toast, but it was not done, and the stuffing of sandwich did not have chicken pieces. I felt cheated, and that too at hands of subway. Moreover, their staff did not pick phone when calling to complain. I wanted the invoice amount back, but zomato could not process the same as Subway staff did not receive the phone.

Zomato has been shared with similar feedback.
