Subway Mumbai Airport Terminal 1 — Restaurant in Mumbai

Wish to share my recent experience at Subway Terminal 1 Mumbai. The service is below par the subway standards even though customers are charged premium prices at airport. I ordered a cheesy Mexican expecting 1.5x filings and a cheesy experience but the food was way below the expectation. The store felt understaffed and the ones working clearly lacked training. They neither bother to ask about the choice/qty of veggies nor used enough cheese/sauces to make it taste and feel like it should. The product tasted blend. There were other customers at store as well who were visibly not satisfied with the customer service struggling with the untrained staff. Had ordered a 30 cm long sandwich and a cappuccino, Mr. Harsh who was on the cash counter suggested to show separately in the bill as 15 cm each wherein he assured the amount would be comparatively less. As a customer we trusted him and said to do it the way whichever is beneficial to us, later found that the amount was relatively high than what we would pay. Ate here on 29th july,2025 around midnight.. got so sick next day that had to get admitted to hospital for severe diarrhea.. it’s been 4 days still diarrhea has not stopped.. will take more 4-5 days for it to completely stop and then recovery.. please maintain hygiene and freshly cut vegetables..and fresh sauces.. was always a fan of subway sandwiches..will never eat again.. and recommend people to also...
