I was stranded and stupid me booked another room...

I m not sure how other people have given 5 stars to this hotel . But being a frequent traveler and have stayed in all kind of hotels all over the world , I must say that this has been the worst hotel ever stayed in! ||1) it’s a run down hotel , the pictures on the website is highly misrepresented. They are no proper amenities that is mentioned on the website. In fact I had to keep asking for a fresh towel in the room , received it only the next day after repetitive asking. There was only a used towel that was left behind when we moved in. ||2) the hand soap inside was so diluted so that despite applying it twice and thrice , all it came was water. ||3) the breakfast area was in the night lounge area that was so dingy and dark during the day as well. I couldn’t even see what the menu was properly (which was not a lot anyways ) but still missed eating scrambled eggs because it totally looked like a different dish ! ||4) the last day , we ordered for breakfast in the room. We ordered for 5 slices of bread and two boiled eggs , two omelettes, two cup of tea . We were given a bill of 650 rupees !! That’s a 5 star hotel rate at such a run down hotel . I was shocked to know that 5 plain slices of bread was for 250 Rs!! ||5) on the last day , I fell ill with fever and bad stomach. I needed thermometer which was no available , I wanted fruits which wasn’t available , I wanted plain curd rice and initially they declined to serve steam rice n pushed me to have Chinese! I had to really insist to serve steam rice because there was nothing else I could consume. Finally they agreed to prepare it ! ||6) I wanted the invoice to understand the break up of the food and they kept saying that they couldn’t provide it . They insisted that I look into their system for the break up which was so confusing . They have the Balls to charge me a bomb for a regular food yet they refused to provide the bill! ||||This hotel is probably the worst OYO I have ever come across. I have lost faith on the brand too ! Staying far...

It was a real harassment for me. I booked my room in advance..through Fab hotels. Partial Payment was to confirm my booking. But when i reached hotel, the receptionist told me that at such rates rooms cannot be given. As per Fab hotels, suite room is Rs. 3800 per night. But as per hotel staff its 6k. Instead of assisting the guest, they told me to resolve the issue. After a lot of deliberation between fab hotels and them.. they finally agreed to give me the room at the same rate. Unnecessary panic was created without any reason. I told them specifically, i required the bill as i have to submit the same for reimbursement. The manager confidently told me that.. it is just a matter of print out... it will be given to me during check out. Today.. at 12 midnight, when i had to check out, the man in the reception tells me that, they dont provide bills. It will come from Fab hotels. Again, instead of cordinating it, he tolds me very casually that, i will have to contact Fab Hotels for bills etc. I asked him the hotel GST No. He replied " We are not GST registered ". We dont provide bills. It was shocking for me. Never faced such harassment in Mumbai earlier. It is so difficult to imagine that, the suite room has no electric kettle, no toilet kit, no tissue paper, no soap. Wifi modem was available, but no Internet.. i recommend, pls dont waste time and energy here.. pethatic experience i had. One thing i agree.. location is superb. Guest with families should strictly avoid staying here. The hotel is not considerate about any guest and the issues they face.
