CCD is my most fav coffe shop ever,but this time In Mumbai airport I had a very pathetic experience with their customer service..there is one girl who served me was very rude and she behaved like that she’s providing free food…and the tables full of used plates I asked her to clean it for me but she refused to clean for that she’s said no staffs sir……..I’m also from hospitality industry in Bangalore…..CCD is a very big brand ….Really you should train u r staffs (manners and behavior)……in the Mumbai airport lot of coffee shops is ter (cafe 2.0 , )like more but still I prefer to dine in CCD….worst experience ever…..😡

CCD cud be a great brand. But to a customer the face of CCD is the staff on counter. If you have people like Monim at the counter... God save you. We will walk upstairs for other options. She has to be trained well. With shrinking face to answer a question and the hurry she is in... she is not fit for this job. May be put her in kitchen and get a better person to face the customers. Else put her on a PIP and training... Such a bad bad experience....

Doesn't even taste like one. The cheese added were not the ones mentioned in the menu. Very bad quality. Need quality products at least in the international terminal. Provided some weird dip that doesn't go with the pizza. Was not warm as a well.

CCD- The bill at T1 -provided has no item name & just the price . I had ordered butter croissant which was ₹100/- & he charged me ₹240/- as most of the passengers dont bother, thinking airport is expensive , don’t chk their bills. However I counter checked with him & he said it was a mistake by charging for croissant CAKE 🤫& changed the bill to ₹ 100/. My sis in law - who had ordered before me , so I asked her how much was she charged & as I was going through her bill , the guy from the counter came & said by mistake she’s also charged for the cake & returned the balance amount. NOW it gave me a doubt then that how many were given mistaken bills or cheated. So please check the rates in your bill charged before buying at the airport, even if you...

Cafe Coffee Day at domestic airport...it's soo soo place nothing very special ,it's clean n hygenic only thing is that it's always crowded by homeless people who hang around there for hours with their laptops ....staff is just okay types sometimes they will disappear from there posts and go missing for 3-4 min and reappear from the cabin....prices of CCD are anyway way too high for every single item ..may it be black coffee or something else at times it doesn't justifies what they are selling with the price tag that they put....to sum up this joint is just another CCD with alcohol too :) often crowded ...you go there if you really love CCD stuff n enjoy there ambiance...
