No covid precautions are taken. No temperature check done upon check-in. Upon check-in the front desk staff was not even wearing mask until we were starring at her. But to cover their pathetic poor services they conviniently say "coz of Covid" When we asked for extra pillows at night,coz the head of the bed, is hollow, we were told "coz of Covid" we cannot provide extra pillows. We ordered for paid breakfast in room. They firstly send brekfast in packed containers without cutlery. When asked for plates and spoons they denied saying coz of Covid we cannot. Then after breakfast for two hours they don't send any to clean the table (in the photo) despite repeated calls. When called their front desk the lady says "haan toh aap utha ke sab room se bahar rakh do" this is what they are charging room service for? No cutlery then no service, wonder why I paid 800 for a dosa and omlettes with tea. Moreover when I remind her, what she is speaking, I requested her name, she says "chill ma'am will do something" I have been traveling for past 15yrs have stayed in multiple hotels, never heard a front office staff tell me "chill" she denied giving her name at first, then said it's "Ankita" wonder if that was a correct name. I stayed at this hotel pre covid for 5nights and loved the service, this is gone to the dogs now. Avoid...

It is a decent hotel if you’re looking for a convenient place to stay near the airport or in the MIDC area of Mumbai. The staff is polite and helpful, and check-in was smooth. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with basic amenities like comfortable beds, air conditioning, and clean bathrooms. The food from the restaurant was quite good and room service was prompt, though the kitchen does close by 11 PM.

However, one major drawback during my stay was the ongoing construction work in the vicinity. The noise throughout the day was quite disruptive, which made it difficult to relax or get uninterrupted sleep. I’d definitely recommend requesting a quieter room if you're sensitive to noise.

The hotel itself feels a bit dated and some rooms could benefit from renovation, but overall hygiene is well maintained. Food was amazing and they had so many options.
