Tattva Bar & Cafe is located on the 7the floor of the Redpine Peninsula Hotel near International Airport.

The restaurant is spacious and they have made 2 different sections for seating. The first being a casual setup with bright lights and the second being a beautiful tropical feel dining area with a a bar, a water fountain, and plants kept everywhere. Loved the seating arrangements as they have designed the space beautifully. As they were celebrating Valentine Month they have used a lot of red hearts everywhere and on the ceiling they have kept disco balls which gives nice effect.

The menu contains multi cuisine and they also keep a special menu if there is something to celebrate like this time they have a valentine special menu. Loved the options available as dishes available are in variety. Prices are at par with similar type of brands and the quantity served is great.

Went here for a weekday dinner and the kitchen service was on time. Initially the staff seemed very confused however Ajesh came to our table and he gave perfect service.

What We Had - APPETISERS~ Velvety Beetroot Hummus with Kunafa Cylinder - From their valentine menu this had beetroot hummus as base with kunafa cylinder on the top. Loved the taste of the hummus however the texture was not thick also eat this after mixing the kunafa in the hummus as it tasted good.

Mutton Gallouti Kebab on Naan - Mutton kebab with pickled onion and coriander chutney kept on mini naan tasted outstanding. Loved the taste of the kebabs as they were moist and flavourful.

Bite of the Ocean - Again from the valentine menu this was deep fried bao with prawns filling. A complete skip from me as the due to frying the bao takes too much oil which makes it difficult to eat however the filling inside was tasty.

MAINS~ Mushroom & Truffle Pizza - One of the best mushroom truffle pizza experience ever. The fluffy base topped with cheese and truffle mushroom compote tasted excellent. Loved the aroma of truffle oil in this and eating every slice was a sheer delight.

Nasi Goreng - They nailed this dish in every aspect. The rice tasted flavourful, the fried prawns with spicy sauce were excellent, the juicy chicken was perfect and everything in this dish was outstanding.

DESSERT~ Pistachio Ganache Tart - A nice dessert with pistachio as it wasn’t too sweet and it was creamy.

BEVERAGES~ Blushing Strawberry Delight. Neon. Both the drinks tasted good.
