New Airport Restaurant — Restaurant in Mumbai

During my recent visit to Mumbai, I had a great experience at New Airport Restaurant, conveniently located, just a short distance from Mumbai International Airport. This place is truly a hidden gem for travelers looking for delicious food at affordable prices in the airport area.

Their Boneless Chicken dishes are perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. I really enjoyed their Tandoor starters—fresh, juicy, and served hot from the grill. The Butter Garlic Naan was soft, aromatic, and paired beautifully with their spicy gravies. I highly recommend their Chicken Handi, Chicken Angara, and Chicken Tikka Masala.

One of the best things about this restaurant is the wide variety of cuisines available. Besides excellent Mughlai food, they also serve Chinese, Lebanese, Indian, and Arabian dishes, giving you plenty of options to satisfy any craving. The menu offers items like Shawarma, Hummus, Chicken Manchurian, Fried Rice, and more along with their signature Mughlai dishes like Mutton Rogan Josh, Chicken Lazeez, and Bheja Masala.

What really impressed me was the pricing—the rates are surprisingly cheap compared to other restaurants in the airport area. The portion sizes are generous, the quality is top-notch, and the staff is warm, quick, and attentive. The ambiance is simple but clean, making it comfortable for travelers, families, small groups, or even solo diners.

The interiors of this place is nice and decent which attracts decent crowd and seating is such that it gives privacy too to it's customers.

The menu is vast and there are numerous dishes but there's only handful of things which are available at all times like for example the soup category consists of 12 to 13 types of soups but except for 2 soups nothing was available.

The taste is average but the quality of the food is very poor. I found hair strands in two of their dishes and instead of being apologetic the management tried to justify their carelessness shamelessly.

The service is extremely poor and this restaurant's management team doesn't know a thing about ethics. The staff provides you a menu which has different pricing than what they refer to while preparing the invoice. I would've taken this as a genuine mistake but this has happened more than once. I'll advice everyone visiting this restaurant to go through the menu's pricing and the invoice they get before paying them anything.

The ambiance is designed well and gives people privacy while enjoying their meal. The place is divided into two sections AC and non-AC. The crowd is fine which makes this place suitable for kids and family.

The taste of the food is delicious. The gravy had the right blend of ingredients. The quality of the meat was fine and the pieces were small, soft and juicy. The quality of the food was very good and the quantity was no different.

The service needs some improvements as the staff isn't that good. The staff was trying to wind-up everything as early as he could irrespective to how the customer felt about it. I ordered something and recieved something else and when pointed out, instead of accepting it the waiter tried ignoring his mistake.

The price is right and the whole experience in return is worth the price even though the service was bad, I think there's room for improvement. I'll definitely recommend this place to everyone reading this review of mine for it's...
