Each of them had Corn Cheese, Palak Paneer, Paneer Cheese and Paneer Schezwan as varieties in each tokri. Momos are quite soft and totally filled with stuffings inside. Appropriate portion size and well cooked to perfection.
Trishiv Spl Soup was Soy Sauce based making it little tangy and spicy soup. Well seasoned and rightly added spices made it certainly soup must to try. Good amount of veggies and also notable light amount of garlic gave good experience to try soup here. Ginger added good texture and freshness.
Saiwoo Soup being Chilli Oil based soup was certainly spice loaded. It was certainly not extremely spiced but had good amount of zing and spice to suit the tatsebud. Also soft tender paneer was added on top to give some creamy texture. Right amount of veggies and seasonings added.
