So, me, a Vaishnav, went to ISKCON on Ekadashi to have vrat waala food. Turned out, the Ekadashi was being observed the next day here. Somehow they are not following Vrindavan's Ekadashi schedule. Not having eaten for a whole day, I headed to this small eatery in the same lane, as that of ISKCON's, expecting to get some curd.. But, whoa!! Wait a minute.. They have a whole range of Vrat food - Saabudana khichdi, Curd-potato, and more.. Repeated order after having their amazingly delicious Saabudana Khichdi.. A must try for all those who observe Ekadashi fast..

A must visit for Vegetarians.. The food can be customised, as per one's taste & liking..

Went there again the next day to have normal food(non-vrat). Any given day - they deserve a 5...

Not so good Experience... We ordered for food and they baught it after half an hour but there were lots of ants on it..I don't know how they didn't see..after we told them about this they took back the food and made us to wait for another half an hour after half an hour they came back and told that the dish they were preparing got burnt...and we will have to wait for another half an hour now this was too much.... We left the restaurant and searched for a new one... That was really a bad...

We happened by this small eatery, last evening, after returning from our evening walk at Juhu Beach. Located about three minutes from ISKON temple, this place serves fantastic Paav Bhaaji, and with generous helpings.

The seating is traditional, but the strict owner ensures it to be clean and food served hot.

Popular with locals and almost a landmark, Vaishali is a reliable place for small meals and quick service.
