Mumbai is the hub for fastest-growing food industry and it does have some mindblowing bakeries, cakes, patisseries, dessert shops. What's even more amazing about the city is that it has so many hidden gems. The city has great home chef's and being a food blogger I love exploring the city's talent and I feel really happy to find people who convert their passion into a full-fledged successful profession.

One such amazing soul I recently met and the star of this week's feature is Deepa Desai who is the founder of Vanilla Beans India located at Bandra West Mumbai. Deepa is a home baker who lovingly and passionately creates these rich premium quality beautiful sweet treats, cakes, confectioneries, desserts and masterpieces.

This delivery outlet has a very extensive menu ranging from customized cakesicles and Premium Products Noir collection which I really loved. Deepa and her family are very sweet humble people to even work with you to create some unique thoughtful customized cakes as per the occasion and your requirements. In terms of service and food packaging, it was great quick service and the product branding was very elegant too. The price range is moderate to expensive depending on your order.

Now coming to the food this is what I tried:

KitKat Cakesicle Rs 250 each 4*/5 So this cakesicle was so yummilicious and even in presentation it was great. It had an amazing Kit Kat chocolate covering with some roughly chopped kitkat pieces used for presentation and the inside filling of the cakesicle there was a dense sponge cake, coated in creamy milk chocolate and I could even taste the nice rich buttery flavor in the filling. Recommended!

Brownie Cakesicle Rs 250 each 5*/5 Oh, I loved this flavor it was rich dark chocolate covering with a fine dust of brownie powder. The brownie was very gooey and every bite was bliss. Highly Recommended!

Vanilla Beans is one of the famous bakery located in Bandra. Which delivers there products all over Mumbai. It as all began with simplistic passion for baking goodness. The special things about this place is they sell products which are freshly baked, High Quality and also home made product. I had heard about this place from my friends so decided to order something from this place. I loved the concept of this restaurant there are not many place in mumbai who delivers there food all over mumbai. This is such a great thing. These place various types of Cakes such as Classic Cakes, Premium Cakes,Cheese Cake not even that you can customise your own cakes according to the flavours you like. isn't it amazing? Venilla Beans also introduced Cakesicles it means Cake on a stick. This was something i never tried before coming to the cakesicles we had. 🔷WHAT WE HAD

1. Hazelnut Mocha Cakesicle This was made with chocolatie cake mixed with coffee and hazelnut ganache and was dipped in melted dark chocolate and was garnished with Hazelnut.
2. Brownie Cakesicle This was too soft the brownie was good at it taste its was having crushed brownie powder sprinkled on it.
3. Kitkat Cakesicale This was made from chocolate sponge cake. it was too soft and it had chopped kitkat on it. . 🔶PRICE

Vanilla Beans - Such a lovely place serving some delicious cakesicles! Not only cakesicles, but they also have other delicious and decadent desserts to die for. I happened to try three of their classic flavours, and trust me, all three were so rich and yummy!

*Brownie Cakesicle: Do I even talk about this! Such dense and delicious brownie cake, coated with thick chocolate layer. Brownie crumbs on top were truly divine! - 5/5

*KitKat Cackesicle: Nothing can ever go wrong with KitKat! Mild KitKat cake inside and thick KitKat chocolate layer outside. So so so delicious, I kept falling for it over and over again! - 5/5

*Mango Cackesicle: This was the best one. Simple yet so good! Light mango-flavoured cake, covered with mango-flavoured white chocolate, and topped with chopped pistachios. Too too good, and so yummy!

To be honest, I don't have words to describe these creative desserts. All three were distinct and just so good! After having all three, my mother and I were literally sitting holding our tummies because these beauties were just so filling! Too heavy, a bit expensive, but surely worth a try!
