Hotel Grace galaxy — Hotel in Mumbai

Got to the hotel with a group of 9. Check in was easy and not too bad. Room was reasonably clean, however the bedding was not up to standard in terms of cleanliness. We were all on different levels, so walking to each level, we decided to take the stairs. There was a rat, dishes from those that have ordered room service (I am assuming) which were left on the staircase. The employees that were cleaning the rooms etc. were very pleasant to communicate with. However there was one watchman at the front door who was extremely rude, did not help us with the bags when requested nicely and was just awful to deal with. We were leaving the room to drop some of the group the airport and asked us our room number, and told reception we were checking out despite telling him many times we are not and only one group has, whom have already talked to reception. He was very awful to deal with. On the other hand there was another watchman more timid and very pleasant. Helpful with bags and very nice.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my entire stay.

The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, with a beautiful view of the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had some of the best nights of sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel.

The hotel’s amenities were top-notch. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options to choose from. I also enjoyed the fitness center and the spa facilities, which were perfect for relaxation.

The location of the hotel couldn’t have been better. It was conveniently located near many attractions and restaurants, making it easy to explore the city.

I recently stayed at Hotel Grace Galaxy and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. One of the primary issues I encountered was with the quality of the mattress in my room. There were noticeable dips in the mattress where I slept, which made for an uncomfortable night's rest. Despite my request to change the mattress, the staff denied my request outright, which was disappointing and frustrating.

Additionally, the breakfast options at the hotel were quite limited. As a guest, I expected a wider variety of choices to start my day off right. The lack of variety made the breakfast experience less enjoyable and left me feeling unsatisfied.
