Complaint Regarding Misleading Food Labeling

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding a recent purchase from your bakery. On May 18, 2024, I bought a box of cookies, Chocolate Walnut Biscuits along with two other snack packets Bakarwadi from your shop, believing them to be vegetarian based on the green mark on the packaging. After bringing the cookies home, we consumed them, assuming they were vegetarian. However, it was only afterward that we noticed the green mark had been scratched out with a black marker, by your staff creating confusion about the contents. To confirm our suspicions, we called your shop and were informed that the cookies are, in fact, non-vegetarian. This revelation was extremely distressing for us. Being strict vegetarians, consuming non-vegetarian food is against our dietary beliefs and religious sentiments. This incident has caused us significant emotional distress and has deeply affected our faith in the integrity of your bakery. We request the following actions from your end to address this issue: A formal apology acknowledging the error and its impact on us. Assurance that such incidents will not occur in the future, including a review and correction of your labeling practices. Compensation for the distress and inconvenience caused to us. Enclosed photographs of the cookie box with the scratched mark, as well as other items we purchased from your shop clearly labeled as 100% vegetarian. We trust you understand the gravity of this matter and expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution. If we do not receive an adequate response, we will be compelled to escalate this matter to consumer protection authorities and pursue...

Pathetic bakery and people. I have recently moved and the staff here is really rude. I purchased few things they are least bothered. Since the bakery is near my house I one day got out of cash and went there and said I can pay by gpay can you please pay cash they totally ignored I even said it was urgent so I can buy anything and transfer it to you. They were extremely rude and clearly said company accounts problem hai apko samajh Nhi aata rather than being polite and saying no sorry. The owner son was on phone throughout and was barely listening to any other customer also. I left and even the auto guy felt it was not right. I have taken a recording and will reach out to owner and including my house there are 7 families of ours who take things from here so they can say goodbye to 8 families as customers...

Located in a very posh area of Andheri Lokhandwala Mumbai, a vast range of variety of food items like laddoo, dry fruits and seeds, even puranpoli, different types of health food and beverages and many good bakery products. Dabeli was good, which you can get outside of Shop. Inside in bakery products the packed makhania butter , biscuits, sweet rolls were good...but which upsets us ,..rather surprised us was the taste of paneer roll, burger veg...both were so sour and with strange combination of spices, I doubt if they really know the taste of paneer roll and veg burgers....they should always have a taste check before selling.. after all they have a good name in the...
